“We evacuated Asheville and found ourselves in your community. We had enough gas to get us this far. We ran out of dog food during the storm, and we started trying to feed the 2 dogs with whatever we could find. Our oldest dog (7) got sick. I went with my son for the appointment as Prudence was still throwing up every 20-30 minutes. I'm not sure how to explain the sustained level of panic & pivot that was, and is still, with us. The people I encountered at this practice are the best people. My goodness. What kindness. What grace.”

I have never not been helped by an associate, and in the case of feed one time, when the price was different at the register, the employee changed the price. “The staff at Browns Bridge Animal Hospital went above and beyond to save my puppy Hazel. She managed to swallow a piece of a Kong and needed surgery ASAP! They took my baby immediately and took great care of her and us. I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary office. Our old vet priced gouged us quoting 10, 7 and $5,000. Browns Bridge did it for a fraction of those prices and were sympathetic and compassionate the entire time. Hazel is home and on her way to recovery and Browns Bridge earned a new customer. Thank you so much for jumping in and caring for us even though we weren’t established patients there yet ♥️”

“My pet Cairn Terrier was suffering from a bad skin allergy. She was up all night scratching and biting. MyVCA in Roswell, Pet’s are People Too, could not see her right away. I brought her into VCA Dahlonega, getting her in was no problem. She was seen by Dr.Helvie. He treated her for Priritus and he was terrific. His staff was great. The office followed up the next day to check on her condition. The staff really showed concern for the wellbeing of my dog. I would highly recommend them.”

They answered all of my questions with patience and put me very much at ease regarding my cat Simba's flea medication. The atmosphere is totally adorable, like you stepped into a rustic cabin.
