“I’m just getting around to leaving this review. I brought my vehicle in back in July for a wheel alignment, and at the time, the staff was friendly and provided good customer service.
Unfortunately, when I went to change the brakes today, I discovered that the majority of the lug nuts had been cross-threaded, and several of the wheel studs were stripped. This was concerning to find, especially since improper lug nut installation can create a serious safety issue.
While I appreciate the positive customer service I received during the alignment, I’m disappointed with the condition I found afterward. I hope the shop will take this feedback seriously and review its procedures to help prevent something like this from happening to another customer.”
