My husband and I just purchased 2 previously owned (new to us)vehicles. We dealt with Kristy and Cheyenne and had a really positive experience. We have bought vehicles from this dealership for 15 years and while it is under new ownership, they are doing a really good job. The whole staff were very friendly and excited to have our continued business.

Nashville Ford rocks!!!!!Wonderful management, Sales rep’s and wonderful customer services. They have the lowest interest rate going on right now with 2.9 interest rate with qualified credit. FYI they have new management now and we are really satisfied with the Ford dealership in Nashville they went above and beyond to put us in the vehicle we truly wanted.. ? We give them 5 stars all day!!!!

This entire Team was truly outstanding and we are happy we made that drive from Tifton! Not many places try to understand your concerns, finances, even feelings sometimes but they did here. This dealership is a joke. They all blame other salesman/managers for screw ups. They don't respond back to messages or questions regarding the sale of a vehicle. Then they sale the vehicle you're looking at without you knowing except for finding out on their website. Seems whoever runs this place needs to revisit management courses in school.

Had my car brought to Nashville Ford. It needed the timing set. 1700.00. The 2018 Ford Escape has been a lemon from the start. Called corporate to see if I could save money for some reason this made the service manager upset he refused to fix my car. They have had my car almost 46 days. I have not been able to work my job they have cost me thousands of dollars. Ford needs to step up and recall the escape motor instead of letting the customer foot the bill.I have been a Ford customer all my life but never again. They are not rated by the BBB. Even talked to the franchise owner he offered me 300.00 off when he finally called me back. I would not recommend Ford products to any consumer.

Had car inspected and asked specifically about the belts. Was told they were fine and then the belt broke soon after. Got stranded and the manager wouldn't even help out with a tow to get it repaired!

I will never take my Ford back to Griffin Ford in Tifton because all it needed was a battery and a oil change and it set there for a week and a half. Ford dealership in Nashville got it in and out in one day. So Nashville Ford has my business from here on out.

Bought a brand new explorer almost a month ago and it has been a disaster. They have not paid off the trade in yet, so we have been paying on two vehicles. I have called more than 2 dozen times and only been called back once. Was told it has been paid off but was a lie. Shocking part is the sales team still cold calls me everyday since my family has bought cars from this dealer for 20 years. Actually having to get legal council just to finish a car purchase, worst experience ever. It has taken hours of my life to handle this and still no response.

Traded in my Expedition on May 2nd. They sold my vehicle the next week. Today is June 7th. My car is still not paid off. Someone else is driving in a car that’s in my name and they probably have a loan on it also. I now have 2 car payments to pay. I have called daily and always get the run around. Finance guy. Chris Robinson, couldn’t even get my information straight when I went up to the dealership. He told me the wrong bank for my financing. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

By far the worst experience trading in and buying a new car. It has taken them forever and multiple calls (while being left on hold for hours) to finally pay off my trade in. Then turn around and nothing was sent in to the tag office to transfer my tag to my new vehicle… after over a month! Stay away, our family will never return or recommend this business.

So glad I came here!!! Ask for Walker if you’re buying or trading for another car!I came to the lot with very little hope that I would find something I could afford within my budget and credit score. I’ve been looking for a compact SUV that was good on gas and could handle my every day routine with three (elementary age) kiddos. Walker immediately took me over to what was in my price range and was very patient and attentive during the whole process! Very professional and polite to me and my kids, despite any interruptions they had. Good guy and I definitely didn’t feel pressured into buying anything specific, he was knowledgeable of everything I was considering and helped me narrow down what would work perfectly… AND I didn’t feel played when I was leaving the lot in my new Chevy equinox ? Thank you guys so much! I’ll send my friends here for sure
