Very noisy, kids running rampant above. Busy street, no onsite parking.

Parking is super close (bit of a busy street, so be careful with little ones or visually impaired). The rooms are a tad smaller than an average hotel room, but it's NOT a negative at all. Everything perfectly clean, furnished, decorated and functional. The cleaner/aroma/scent is a hit or miss, based on what you like. Free coffee, snacks and water (needed maybe more in the heat I think!). The communal kitchen is more than perfect because you're only sharing it with a couple other guests. Greeted by Angela when we arrived who also helped several times over the phone when booking the room for my mother-in-law as well as trying to get the TV to function (turns out it was just limited stations). Pricing is reasonable for what you're getting, and they do have a senior citizen discount which I did not even have to ask for, it was offered. The single downside (but not even enough to lower to 4 stars for location) is really nothing the hotel can fix: truckers all hours of the day and night and busy traffic during the day. If you're going there to work, maybe get a room NOT on the street side.Personally, I just have to say THANK YOU to Angela and this hotel. I haven't seen my mother-in-law this pleased, comfortable and relieved in a hotel in about 15 years (and that was a condo on the beach, ha!). She's not even picky! People just DO NOT TAKE CARE of their hotels, especially chains. She already plans to book Our Place again. So 10 Stars if I could. Sorry I didn't get photos, I was in such a rush, but the ones online do NOT do it justice.

The staff is incredible friendly and efficient. The rooms were incredible clean. The lay out of the hotel is excellent. I could just go on and on. I would go back to Nashville, Georgia just to stay in this charming hotel. This place is a keeper.Walkability: The hotel is in the town square and so many neat stores are within walking distance. Beautiful square.

Rooms: Rooms were a magnificent surprise. I stayed in the lower side room 303. One window with internal lockable shutter (nostalgic). Large tub/shower, king bed. I am told very expensive mattress.Nice room with good sized work desk. TV service was horrible, 1,000 channels no filter to display only those enabled. Excellent snacks, soda, water and black rifle brand kcups included. The split mini heat/AC works great once you learn to use it. If you stay there you need to get up early in order to get room serviced.Nearby activities: Downtown Nashville, GA nostalgic, updated Mayberry RFD vibe. Cute shops, museum and library in walkibg distance. Many shops ONLY open on weekends.Safety: Stayed a week, never had an issue or concern for safety.Walkability: Within 4-5 blocks you can walk to multiple eateries. Delivery is also available. Small sit down park exactly outside window of rooms.Food & drinks: Mexican, smoke house bbq and all you can eat southern food buffet... all very close...Noteworthy details: Parking is across the smalltown street in gravel parking lot. Cool high performance motor sports engine shop next door... cute shops when they are open. All barbershops closed on weekend.

We were coming up for a show at the VFW, and I had forgotten to book us a room. Lisa Danforth the owner and Angela Carter Manager took great care of me, and my many many stupid calls on my end. I just had to make sure everything was going to work out since it was a last minute booking . Dealing with hotel chains never does seem to work out. Lisa always took my calls. Their place is beyond clean and we loved staying here. My wife loved the rustic decor. If we are anywhere around the area we will book again. Thank you Lisa !!!

We have stayed here numerous times when we visit family down in Nashville. Always a wonderful location. That being said, we have never experienced a neighbor as obnoxious as we did this last trip so we were unaware of how thin the walls were. They are thin. When coupled with a fellow guest that doesn't understand boundaries and etiquette it can make for a sleepless night. Not the fault of the hotel, necessarily, but still something to note for those looking to rent.
