Despite the trauma of the damage to our vehicle Caliber Collision took care of us from start to finish with positivity and professionalism. They had a can and will do attitude and they completed the repairs so quickly and the vehicle is back like new. Mike handled this for us from beginning to end, addressed our concerns and with his great personality made us feel well taken care of. There’s no other place I would take my car to.

My experience with Caliber was amazing! Getting in a car accident truly sucks but everyone I interacted with at the center was kind and helped me through the process. Conner was my service provider and he gave me frequent updates of the status of my car. The girls that work at the front desk helped me understand the entire process of what insurance would cover. My car was done early and looks better than it did before my accident. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Newnan on our RAV4! The work was finished much earlier than the original schedule, and the quality was outstanding. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, and always keeping us updated. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both efficiency and top-notch service, but Caliber did just that. We’ll definitely be back to Caliber for any future needs and highly recommend them to others!

The guys on Herring Road have a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Michael was fun, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The estimated timeframe was spot on. When I saw my car I almost didn’t recognize it. They did an amazing job.

Caliber Collision Newnan location generated the best experience even from my initial call to them to inquire about the timeline of repairs. The customer service, professionalism, and personable experience was A-1. I was kept abreast of all stages through auto system and a phone call to go over timeline updates.
I recommend them overall based on previous mentions and more importantly the quality of their work from the esthetics and all other parts that you unable to visually see.

All around terrible experience. I was contacted that my car was finished early. After retrieving it, I found parts of my vehicle where placed under my spare tire, instead of replaced after the work was done. When I returned to have it replaced I was told “hmmm, that’s odd”. No apology. The piping trim to my mirror was not installed correctly you could visibly see it crooked and wasn’t sealed. I was told, don’t worry, it’s sealed from the inside. I could hear air rushing into the car through the driver’s side door that was repaired. A piece of trim they had installed on that door popped off my car while driving down the highway. I returned three times. Was treated indifferent three times. Finally I called corporate. Corporate was wonderful! I was contacted by the regional manager who treated me with kindness and respect. He found grave errors in the installation from Newnan, apologized and fixed each one. Six months after my repair initial repair, I have my vehicle back.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision my first time using them and they did a great job repairing my 2014 Hyundai Elantra from a minor accident that happened in May got a new hood and bumper and a paint job and it looks brand new even better than before the accident I highly recommend them Erica was so nice and they updated me throughout the repair through text messages and called me when necessary and I was able to call them at anytime if I had any questions thank you so much for taking such good care of my vehicle. If I ever have an accident again definitely going back to them.
