This might be my new home studio! I’m willing to travel. I was not sure what style I wanted and needed for my face. Melissa got me together. She was so honest with great recommendations and transparency with what I should expect. And Destiny, she is soooo fast! *chefs kiss! The receptionist is also very accommodating. This may be my favorite Amazing Lash Studio Location!Thank you!

First appointment and told after fifteen minutes sitting for the appointment that my service could not be done because the lash technician had carpal tunnel syndrome and could no longer perform services. As a physician, I have had and treat carpal tunnel and do recognize that symptoms are exacerbated by heavy use of the hands and fingers but there seemed to be other technicians that may have worked me in. Horrible first impression and although offered to reschedule with discounts I won’t be back. First impressions matter and quite frankly the experience wasn’t welcoming.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the eyelash extension studio. I had a terrible experience with their services. Shortly after the procedure, I developed an eye infection (internal stye) and all my eyelashes fell out within 5 days, despite paying for an experienced technician.I have been getting eyelash extensions for many years from top professionals, and this was the first time I had such a disastrous experience. I did not ask for a refund, but when the salon called me to schedule another appointment, I shared my feedback with them. However, I was simply told to "Have a good one."Two weeks later, they called again to offer me another appointment. Once again, I shared my experience and requested a refund, and was promised a call back. However, it has been over 1.5 months and I have not received any further communication from them.I strongly advise against using this salon and would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action regarding this matter.Service: Eyelash extensions

I called a few weeks ago for a first time appointment, the lady on the phone scheduled my appointment, took down my card information(!), I saved it in my calendar, arranged to leave work a little early, got there and they said "I'm sorry, you're not in the system at all." Uhhh...ok. Very frustrating since this changed multiple people's schedules for me to be able to come to and it's just...not there and they didn't seem very sincere. They did offer me an appt the next day but I can't do that and now won't have lashes done before vacation.Response to owner: That was exactly the problem. But I do know I called this location and the woman I spoke to originally to book the appointment was very kind and helpful. I realize this is a "first world problem," but frustrating, nonetheless. I also never received a call or fee from anywhere else for being a "no show," which I would think would have happened if I did get salons mixed up.

Underwhelming customer service and misleading marketing. No idea how skilled or unskilled the stylists are because I was so annoyed ten minutes in that I left.

My wife had an allergic reaction to the glue and after 48 hours of swollen nearly shut eyes and discomfort, I decided to call and just attain information so that I could do something to relive her pain. The associate that I spoke to said she was the best person to help me. I explained the situation and was asking a series of questions about potential remedies or relief and if this was something they’ve experienced before. I was not complaining about the service or products because I had no reason to assume or believe anything had been performed below standard. However the associate was so pre-disposed to defend the products and service that she wasn’t addressing what I was asking and kept telling me they didn’t have any appointments for today and that they use the same products that everyone else uses. I had not asked for an appointment today or if their product differed from other providers, simply wanted some insight and perhaps some possible solutions if they existed. She was pleasant when speaking but just wouldn’t not listen to what I was asking. Good news, this is something that can be learned and developed, but frustrating none the less.

I got my first set of lashes on 5/1 they started to fall out the same day, The top of my eyelashes were itching so bad I had to wash them within 48 hrs which caused a lot more to fall out. I paid $79 in less than a week for a touch up and explained to them about the itching. They used a different type of glue for sensitive eyes that helped the itching but they were still falling out. The set of lashes do not last close to 2 weeks. You will need a refill every week. I think they charge to much for the quality of service they provide. The lash techs seem like amateurs. For the price they charge they should have a master lash tech on every person that comes through the door.Service: Lash perms

I’ve been a client at the Newnan studio for almost a year and over the last four months, I have lost three amazing stylist to management issues. Today when they called to confirm my appointment, they told me another stylist had left and they would have to reschedule me. I haven’t had a fresh set of lashes in almost a month now, and will have to go to one of the studios in Atlanta at this point. I’m not getting the services I’m paying for on a monthly basis, and I’m not sure what’s going on, but management needs to figure out their issues and get your act together.
