“Danny is an amazing, outstanding person. I purchased the LG ThinQ washer and dryer along with the LG QThinQ double door refrigerator with craft ice. I love love my purchases. I made my purchase may of 2022 and had to replace my freezer replacement kit for craft ice. I called Danny and he was very quick to respond. He 1st visit he came to check to see if the kit was repairable. He called me the next day to let me know it needed replacing. He took time out of his day to find the exact part to replace. He also sent me links to the other 2 filters in this huge frig. After I received the parts he scheduled a time shortly after to replace the parts for me with No installation fee. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. I recommend ALL of there appliances. They are honest good people that want to make sure you stay happy with your purchases. Most Appliance stores in have encountered in the past don't care about you when you walk out there door. I RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT HESITATED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT THIS NEWMAN LOCATION. It's gonna be a good purchase and if something goes wrong. They are a phone call away. Thank you Danny as well as the gentleman that I made the purchase from almost 3 years ago.”

“The store and employees here restore my faith in humanity. The focus is on customer satisfaction and the people are real, not plastic. They had a high limit thermal switch kit (extra wires and screws) in stock for an older Speed Queen design. No waiting and the price was great. These guys appear to really enjoy what they are doing. The "store dog" is a delight. She's a keeper !! Thanks for the help and experience guys.”

“I placed the order for my washer and dryer and then decided to place the order for a dining room set also. This was all Memorial Day weekend which was awesome because they offered some GREAT deals. I would give 5 stars, but I have used this particular Aaron’s before and they ALWAYS send just 1 person out to deliver my appliances KNOWING there is a flight of stairs. I work an 8-5 and the last thing I want to feel is guilty for after a long day of work is not helping the company with the delivery when they know it is a TWO person job. Last time my walls got scuffed up and that’s was with me helping the ONE guy. If these guys are having to unload and carry appliances up a flight of stairs ALONE they need to get a raise. Me being the type of person I am… I felt so bad for the guy doing this all ALONE that I helped with the delivery I PAID FOR because this man could not do it alone even after I worked ALL day. To add to everything which should make this review lose a star, but I’m generous, the dining room set I ordered won’t be delivered until tomorrow because THE DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO PUT IT TOGETHER. My thoughts are if the item is AT your store you should have an associate put it together and prepare for delivery. I’m now going to have to miss more time at my job to probably help unload and put together an item I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR. This Aaron’s location has gained some very nice employees, but the communication needs some work for the delivery process.”
