Honestly I want to say the store customer service is lacking because of the employees, but truly AT&T is the main root of the problem. AT&T has nothing to offer. Therefore, the employees do not have anything to offer the customers. AT&T has really been a disappointment from day one. The ONLY positive thing is I can get service inside my house. Now, on the daily, we do experience dropped calls, complete service loss, and we maintain a pretty steady 1 bar at home. Sometimes 2 bars.. if the wind is not blowing or if it's not cloudy. AT&T has not one single perk when signing up and they offer nothing that makes our regularly changing monthly bill worth looking past the fact that our bill is 240 one month then 260 the next and then 280 and next 340 then next it drops down to 240-280 again and so on and so forth. The constant changing of our bill is awful, especially when we do nothing different for it to change. I absolutely do not recommend AT&T to anyone. I ALWAYS recommend Verizon though, so if you're in the market, I'd exercise Verizon as an option if possible!

Close this place down or hire a whole new team. This place lack the knowledge to do anything. They are all lazy and lack customer service skills and are very rude. Reminds me why I always hate stepping foot in an physical store.

I had gotten internet , in my name showed my license and everything, I had service with them 11 months, let them take my money automatically every month, they allowed a person who wasn't on my account to make changes and put it another name without my knowledge, Katrina Davis is a fraud, she called me and cursed me out after I reported her, she called me from her personal phone .

Tried on 4 separate occasions to get Internet from them. They had me on the phone for a hour and never completed my order. On the day my equipment was set to show up I called to check the status and every time no order was placed.

Easily the worst AT&T location I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 15 years of being an AT&T customer. My nephew and I came here to upgrade his phone as a graduation gift. We pre-ordered the phone and set for pickup. We arrived shortly after receiving the email that it was ready. When we walked in there were 5 Sales Associates on their devices at various tables throughout the store, and not one took the time to speak to us. We walked up to one of the tables and began being helped, I use "helped" loosely here. The gentleman had an attitude and was the least helpful person I have encountered in a retail environment. He began by insinuating we did not receive the email, and once I showed him my phone with said email, he huffed and puffed to the back and lo and behold...found the phone. We wanted to get everything set up before we left and that turned out to be another great experience filled with snarky comments and being ignored. He got to a certain point and then sat the phone down and went and chatted with a peer for about 15 minutes. We eventually just took the phone and all the boxes and bags and left the store while the update was still happening. We would have rather risked the phone not being fully updated than to remain in that store with those Associates a moment longer. Overall, just an absolute disaster of an AT&T. As a long time customer with mobile and home products, this interaction had me interested in shopping other services. Unlike many other places with staffing shortages, this store was well staffed, but it was the caliber of staff that really stood out here. Certainly will not be back and will ensure my family local to Newnan has no reason to swing by here either.

It is March and we have had stupid AT&T phone service since July 2020. Our bill is still wrong. We have called and talked to them for hours each time with the same assurance it would be corrected. Received bill today March 4th and guess what it is still wrong. 8 months and they can't get it right. AT&T has the worse customer service. I wish I could get my old Version phones back but they tell me it is not possible. I guess they do that so you are stuck with them.Doing everything possible to get away from them.Also have AT&T U-verse and Internet that is terrible.

Stay away from this store! This store has the worst customer service!! They are not helpful and according to their manager are only able to do sales. No need to go to this store. You can get sales and customer service online.
