Had to upgrade our business phones. Went to the AT&T store in Newnan off Bullsboro
The Sales Associate Sam was outstanding. He spent 2 hours going over the new phones and saving us money on our new plan. This young man is amazing and I hope he stays at this location until I retire. True professional!!

I came in this morning with my mom to get her accounts sorted out and get auto-pay set up. Tara was just a rock star. She walked us through, figured out there's 3 accounts, not 2. And then we had to get my dad to come up because his ID was the only one on all of the accounts. She calm, patient, and just awesome helping my older, not tech savvy at all parents. I hope she gets recognized for this. Thank you, Tara!

Went in today because iphone has software issues . I needed to another sim . Tosha ( i think her name was , hate I cant remember ) but that was the quickest visit ever . She was super nice !! And knew what to do regarding another issue . Pleasant and personable … il

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Your AT&T representative, Brandon, was so incredible that I half expected them to solve world hunger while switching me to AT&T and getting me a fully upgraded phone from what I originally had. The process was so smooth and efficient, I couldn't believe that he wasn't named Butter at birth. Because that's how easy he makes the process. Smooth. Like. Butter. I Cant Belive He's Not Butter. (No trademark needed)
Their knowledge of your products was so extensive, that I’m convinced that they must have a PhD in Telecommunication Awesomeness. They answered all my questions before I even knew I had them, almost like they could read my mind. Stunning.
To top it all off, their customer service was so friendly and enthusiastic, I felt like I was chatting with my best friend who also happens to be a wizard at phone plans. Keep up the fantastic work dude.

I think the man's name was Brandon that helped me. He did a fantastic job, immediately knew how to fix my failed SIM card by converting to an esim. He was friendly and professional. Give that man a raise!
