Bath and Body Works.Location of popular chain in Newnan, GA. Precisely in Ashley Park of Newnan, GA off of I-85 exit 47. Somewhat close to I-85 exit 44 as well. Plenty of free parking. Great for general shopping in the open mall. Good food options. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and polite staff. Most products are decently priced. Online shopping and store pick up also available

I purchased two candles online for an house warming gift and a thank you gift on Saturday, Oct 28th. I picked up the candles from the store right before they closed. Gave the candles as gifts and one of the recipients was soooo excited, she accidentally dropped the candle and it broke. My friend was devastated. I was even shocked it happened. I immediately called Bath & Body Works in Newnan on Sunday. Ask to speak to a manager. Alicia greeted me as the manager. I told her what happened. She immediately informed me that I was stuck with broken candle because it didn't break in her store. I asked could I please exchange it. She told me no, smh! How sad. This unfortunate accident occurred and now I've paid for a candle that can't even be used. Terrible experience...and the LAST!
