So I read the reviews on this Belks and I'm not sure what store everyone has went to. The Belks in Newnan,GA is absolutely horrible at customer service. I have been to this location on several occasions and it is like the big box retailers. You will have to wait forever to be checked out. This is just a one off this is a constant problem with the Belks. It is no wonder people are choosing order online and pickup in store. The don't want to wait forever in line to be waited on. I truly can understand why people choose other ways to buy than box retailers. The companies have forgot about Customer Service and who is paying to keep the doors open. Absolutely horrible experiences in this store.

Force to go paperless. Went in to pay bill they could not take a check . Found out that had been down for 4 days. Don't say alot for the IT folks

Food is awesome! Prices aren’t too bad. I’ve really liked everything I’ve tried except for the grilled filets. I ordered grilled filets tossed in buffalo, and my stomach didn’t like it. I suspect it was due to all the oils, but I’ll likely be sticking to fried tenders, sandwiches, fries, and custard! They are all amazing!

The store was understaffed considering the sale they were having. The sales staff was extremely helpful, caring and apologetic for the wait.

Sorry but it would be 0 stars if I could due the sales associate treating me so rudely like I was going to walk out of the store in the pair of boots I was trying on. She was so rude that another customer commented to me on how rude to me she was. I may had actually purchased those boots had she had good customer service and treated me well. It was like a pretty woman moment. She had no idea how much I may have spent on shoes today. 🤷♀️🤷♀️

My brother was looking for an item for large and tall men. We visited this location and he found just what he needed. Pricing seems to be always good and the service was great.

Belk has nice clothing at fair prices. Thank you Ms. Willie for being so patient and helpful, (you deserve 5 stars). I saved a lot of money with several items being 50% off today.
