The sales lady was in a rush I guess. Didn't bother to take the time to try and upsell to a different stove. Won't go there for quite awhile.

I have never been disrespected in a store like I did in this store. Wyatt walked by us when we were waiting in the TV’s. He asked us have yall been helped and we said we were waiting and in que. He said throwing up his hands and shaking them side to side like stop talking to me, he said walking away he works in the warehouse.He didn’t say let me be helpful and find someone.My boyfriend said there was no need to be acting like that and mouthing off to us when he wasn’t willing to help us. He said back to my boyfriend I have a mouth and I will use it to mouth back.Amari came to help us right after and we were so shocked and upset.She was very helpful. She got what we needed after spending $300 with your store today.Amari assured us she would have a discussion with him. I feel this should be a write up and in his file. If he were my employee I would no longer be able to employ him after this behavior toward a customer.We drove 45 minutes to get what we needed.Amari gave us a $30 in store credit for our bad experience.

It said on the company website that they do free recycling for certain electronics. I went in to the store, and the person at the front door told me that I would have to pay for a $50 a year membership to recylce any electronics to their store. Then I spoke to customer service, and they told me that I don’t need a membership for the free recycling. They also told me that I should go to a different store to recycle.

Purchased over $1000 on a product called starlink was sold membership and warranty and also installed was not done. Still waiting for them!Not happy.feeling let down.

There is only one person checking out, and customer service desk is always closed. The check out line always takes more than 10 mins. It’s ridiculous. And store feels like a club, and some employees were using demo speakers blasting club music with super strong base while singing along from time to time. It’s extremely unprofessional, and surprisingly these behaviors were allowed.

This would be a very different review if it weren’t for their AMAZING manager. Amari is fantastic and has been every time I come to this Best Buy. Lots of customers during the holidays meant a little bit of a wait but the communication & team work getting our product was great. This manager even brought it out themselves to help us load it. Truly thankful for the great customer service.

I picked up a gift for Christmas by using curbside. It was a fast and easy process. The employee was polite and helpful!
