I used to really like this place; almost always had parking whenever my husband and I came home off the road. They used to charge $5.00 per night if u were staying with ur truck but $10.00 if ur leaving the truck. Now, things have changed because then they started charging u $10.00 whether u stay or leave the truck. Bathrooms r very clean, good Mexican restaurant with great food. The people r always friendly but here’s the kicker….my husband and I came home to see orange cones place in random parking spots. He asked the lady that was riding around on a golf cart placing the cones. She said, they sold most of the parking to Ryder for their trailers, which was half way already taken up on the lot. She told my husband that we could buy a spot and park way in the back. We didn’t have much of a choice but when we got to the back, it did NOT look safe so we moved up front because it was available. The lady was even riding around waking up drivers to move. Well, with that being said, I will NOT b spending ANY of my money here because truck drivers already have a hard time finding places to park. I am not knocking them about their place but it’s wrong. Now, we have to find someplace to park, which was already hard. Why didn’t Ryder rent the monthly parking gated spaces right beside the BP and the McDonald’s instead of taking the parking truckers needed? Don’t spend ur money here!!!

The cashier's were okay to me but the way I saw the older lady speak to a Hispanic male that was standing in line made my blood boil. He didn't speak English and thought she opened up a line but she was actually counting down her drawer. She went on and on about how people have to be patient and just hateful talking. I won't be back here. Especially if she's working.

Too much for parking 20 for 24hrs camon thats way too much and sad part its not even if you purchse fuel you still have to paid I fuel 500 dólar that day not even like that gave me a parking.

Why. I respect the $5 parking fee. Truckers there are garbage cans out where u can put your trash! Don’t be lazy. We’re starting to get a bad reputation just because we fell to through our trash in garage cans! + it’s discussing!!!!

"We ain't got no showers"Well can I get on the list"We don't have no list it's 1st come 1st serve"Well I'll wait here then"Nobody's in them we just haven't cleaned em"I'll wait til you doPeople don't realize truckers don't go home at night and these truck stops are where they can shower.This worker had to then relay the entire conversation to all the other workers at this location.Still no shower yet, waiting 10minutes, they haven't cleaned them, but they are able to gossip and chit chat with each other.

Came in here with a wide load because AL will not allow us Sunday travel and I wouldn’t be able to get in or out of the Pilot. I’m too wide to fit through the pumps here or the at the Pilot. The manager refused to let me drop the trailer, even to fuel. I explained I couldn’t fit through the pumps or down the road by the scale with the rear overhang on the trailers backed up to the road. I also explained with my width but would be easier for others if I dropped the trailer and parked next to the neck and in front of the load. She refused and got heated with the cashier who called. Add to that the 50 gal fuel limit, paid parking and dirty restrooms I doubt I’ll be back.
