very very poor communication skills ‼ I've been with cagle forever but ever since skye left it has went down hill fast. I've being calling all week to get re-quoted with a different insurance. everyday it's a new lie. I'm over it a done with cagle .

i wouldn't give it 1 star! this woman that owns this company is seriously off her rocker! i sat in her office 4 hrs. waiting to make a payment and foolishly i sent a friend there for a quote and she sat there 2 and never did get the quote.. im not sure what is going on with her but if it's not drugs and a medical condition she really needs help, because she's losing alot of business! either way she needs help!!

Used to be a great place I referred everyone to. But now it seems to be a joke. Still haven't received a reply on my son's quote. But no worries state farm handled it for him.

They use to be a good company but now they don't know what they are doing! They are useless, I am trying to find another agent because I have had to go straight to the insurance company to get anything done but they said the agent has to do things like give you a binder.if they tell you that you are all set and have insurance coverage you better call the company and verify, because they are so messed up you will find out they didn't do things right or at all and you really don't have coverage! Be cautious with this agency
