When we were confronted with an issue on a new IPad that was still under warranty we reached out to Larry at Computer Advantage. Within 2 minutes of walking in the door he had our issue resolved and was free of charge. His knowledge provided us with outstanding service in a more than timely manner. Will definitely be back.

Very nice people here. Mike did my drop off and Larry called for my pickup. I was hours late to my service time that I scheduled through Apple support and Mike was super welcoming and happy to help me anyways. The service was quick and friendly with a reasonable time frame and no huge deposits or waiting periods like Apple wanted for me to send it in to them. They know what they are doing here and it’s so much faster and more convenient than driving to the Apple Store 45 minutes away. I have used this shop a few times and I will continue to as long as I am in the area.

Their trash they fix phones with aftermarket parts and when you bring the phone back they act like they didn’t fix it

I was recommended to come to Computer Advantage three times that even Best Buy recommended I come to them. That is saying a lot, especially since they do hella of an amazing job. Mr. Larry helped me out, and was quite honest with the problem with my laptop, he gave me the best deal possible and left as a happy client. Will be coming back to them anytime I have a problem with my devices!

Within 3 minutes of walking in, I knew this was going to be a great experience! I was listening to Aaron helping an elderly couple. He was so patient and kind, as well as very attentive to them. There were no “stupid “ questions. He was so respectful and responsive. As he helped me next, he treated me with the same kindness. If I didn’t know an answer to his question, he responded with “ no worries, we’ll figure it out.” He explained everything to me in words I understood.I thought it was going to take about 4 business days for them to fix my computer, but it was only a day. When I went to pick it up, Michael was just as courteous as Aaron. He went through everything with me to make sure I understood what they did to my computer.This was an excellent first time experience and will continue to go there. Thank you! These employees have customer service perfected!

The keyboard on my daughters Macbook Air was not working. Larry and team were super helpful in diagnosing and subsequently getting Apple to cover the needed repairs under warranty.Excellent customer experience from start to end, and avoiding a $1200 repair bill was an added benefit.

I went in to get a replacement battery for an 8 yr old I-pad. Larry told me it was not a good idea and recommended I get a new I pad with Apple care and that’s what I did. Both Larry and Dan were both friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Computer Advantage for all of your Apple computer needs

Larry was very helpful, informative and it was a pleasure doing business with Computer Advantage in Newnan, GA. These guys built my MacBook Pro and it is Ahhhhmazing for video and 3D development. The M3 is outstanding!

I brought my MacBook in for water damage and it was ready within three days. My laptop works great now, pretty much like a brand-new machine. Also, the customer service was excellent even amidst the adversity of the internet going out in the area. The staff worked fast and efficiently to get things back to working again.

Thought I had a swelling battery on my MacBook Air. Found Computer Advantage was a partner with Apple and was so glad I didn’t have to head into Atlanta to the Apple Store. Made an appointment for next day service, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable and explained why it wasn’t the battery and was an even more simple fix. Ran a diagnostic test just in case and then sent me on my way. Staff was super helpful and friendly, highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Computer Advantage is an Excellent group! They know their products and were very helpful in determining what product would be best for my needs. Also, they were very tenacious in solving a problem that would have had a negative effect on the performance of my new computer. Without a doubt they went the extra mile!
