The pharmacy provided prompt service while picking up my RX. The customer rep at the front was very helpful. Took great care in finding all the coupons I had available. She was a very caring person.

This CVS pharmacy location has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answer all of your questions and if there is a waiting line they keep the line moving quickly. The drive thru can sometimes take longer than one would hope but in such cases I find it time saving to go inside to pick up my subscriptions. The store is always clean and has a large variety of products that they have neatly and easily organized and labeled throughout the store. There is even a self checkout counter at the front of the store by the registers.

I was charged double for a miss-filled prescription. I didn't realize the error until arriving home. Senior Citizens Beware.

The Customer Service Associate by the name of Faith has such a great service, she works hard, she has a great and phenomenal spirit. She's helpful and she has a great attitude. She is always helpful and greets all customers with warmth. I appreciate people who aren't scared to work and come to work. Thank you Faith and CVS on Lower Fayetteville Road in Newnan, Ga. If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would. Their pharmacy tech is so rude, unprofessional and needs to be retrained. I had questions about my perception she would not help, she left me standing at the counter while she proceeded to do something else. I asked for a manger on duty and the tech replied "I'm as good as your going to get" The manger was not on duties so I called corporate and complained. I refuse to give this CVS my business

I love this Pharmacy and The pharmacist here. To see how they pull these crazy hours and go through all the medication and deal with so many people needing help with various different issues these people are angels. Some of the comments below are inappropriate and incorrect. These workers are doing they're job they do not determine availability of medication.. amongst other things i see people complain about. Be nice and patient you have no idea how stressful that job could be. Be thankful you can receive medication at all and have empathy for these workers. This CVS is amazing and the staff is so bubbly and Will, Mercedes, Dominique, and Ginger are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help when they can! Just awesome!

Was the only car in the drive thru and waited 25 minutes to pick up my prescription. Only after politely pointing out that I was there before the man that was being waited on at the inside register was I waited on and then they didn't have all my my prescriptions that were supposed to be filled 5 days ago!!! Either have a person checking out the drive thru and a person checking out in store or close one down!!!! Your poor employees are overwhelmed!

I always stop here and get my Covid test because I always get it back within 2 to 3 days. I never have a problem here

Very poor customer service. I understand wanting to be safe but that doesn’t require someone throwing my prescription across the counter to me. Christy is extremely rude.
