Came in looking for a pocket pill minder that I wanted, that the website had led me to believe was in stock but it wasn't there. Guy behind the pharmacy counter asked if he could help, spent some minutes with me and then called another store to make sure they had what I wanted. It was a $3 item but he made sure I found it and would have it within minutes of leaving his store.
I come into this store from time to time because it's close to home and has good parking and with my email address on file I can opt out of the seven-foot-long sales receipts i used to joke about. My regular pharmacy at a different chain may be in danger of losing my business.

I just purchased some journals and Mary or was so helpful!! I hope I have her name correct. She had dark brown hair peaches and cream complexion .
Not only was she very pleasant but she went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and then let me know what other offers were available in the store and essentially gave me Ritz-Carlton service. I came in there to inquire about something to print but then I ended up quite a few clearance items because she made it so pleasant to shop for them. I certainly wish her the best in all of her endeavors at CVS and beyond.

Everyone that I’ve interacted with in the pharmacy is very efficient and friendly. However, I wanted to point out Marlee, she went above and beyond to assist me with resolving issues with my insurance. She and I called them multiple times and Marlee knew the solution from the very beginning, it was just finding the right person to speak to. Had it not been for her, I would have missed treatment. She gets 10 stars from me!

This CVS is clean, spacious and easy to navigate. Great signs that are easily visible and readable to help you find what you need. Staff is available and helpful. Always friendly. Well stocked merchandise. It is an inviting location. Definitely recommend shopping at this CVS. Thank you!

Went in this store 2/3 times to add cash to my capital one card.. at all times after 6pm they said they don’t take cash and the “drawers” just went back. So I asked if the policy was no cash after 9pm and rep said yes. I will be checking and sending this to corporate.

I've never had an issue with this place, we have always gotten mine and my husband's medicines here no issue, until today we were trying to get a prescription for my daughter I called an hour and 40 minutes ago they said they'd have it in a few minutes and I'd get a text from them. Still waiting on the text. I have called 3 times so far and spent 10+ minutes on hold each time noone would answer.

5/8/2023 hernia surgery that AM. Sent home with a prescription for pain. I’ve used CVS Jackson St for many years. My son drove to this location asking for 20 pills for pain and why it was needed. Young lady ask pharmacist and was told “ to busy could fill the next morning “. WHAT, NEEDED PAIN MEDS AFTER SURGERY told to check with other CVS locations. My son drove to two other locations and was told same thing. Deal with pain after surgery over night, thats, crazy, went to Walgreens, no problem ! I will change to another pharmacy. That will help them with being to busy, perhaps other will change to and help

Debra the pharmacist is an actual joke. Such a RUDE woman. Unreal they have someone like this in their pharmacy. She looked at me in disgust when I was asking a question. She needs to be gone

I’ve used this pharmacy for years without much trouble. Tonight however 1/14/23 it was chaos. I stood in line with half a dozen older ladies who have been waiting days to fill their prescriptions. In all fairness I believe they’ve had some personnel loses and the poor girl running the register is more than paying for it! The pharmacist on duty seemed afraid and was of no help to the cashier and she caught it from everyone in the store. I give 3 stars only because the pharmacist should have stepped up to bring calm to all those customers minds. To the poor cashier, leaf tattoos on her arms, she took on way more than she should have and did the best she could. Hopefully they restaff and give the cashier a raise!

This place has gone down hill. Coolers have been broken for months and the pharmacy staff are not helpful. Several occasions we have went to pick up medication for our daughter after being told it was ready and then were told it would be a couple of days. I do not recommend.

I like CVS. I shop at the CVS in Newnan; the location is convenient for me. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate cars coming and going.
