Caitlyn was SOOOO helpful to me. This is the 2nd time the ladies at this location have been not only super friendly, smiling and helpful, but have just really made my day. (I believe it was Ashley who helped me before). Thank u ladies! If u want superior inside non prescription service, go to this CVS here in Newnan!

I must say a lot of these people that work in these businesses have no customer service skills AT ALL!! I have never experience extreme rudeness and disregard from the technicians and the pharmacist all at the same time. I don’t think this store needs to retrain the employees that they have in the pharmacy. I witnessed where a women was in there to pick up medication for her child, she explained to the young lady that was at the register that she requested to have this prescription filled several days ago and it wasn’t ready and how to his medication was keeping her hold alive. Instead of them showing compassion the pharmacist (the one that has the big afro) said to her, “well I don’t know what to tell you, the order wasn’t filled.” This mad the woman upset, as it should because then they started yelling at this woman. I immediately transferred mine and my husband’s prescriptions. I wonder what they would do if everyone moved over to another pharmacy maybe this will cause them to humble themselves!! Don’t forget, the customers are the reason you have a job..

This CVS is a fraud. They price merchandise on the shelves and then have different prices in the system. The "manager" is rude and other things but I'll leave that there. Enter at your own risk and check your receipt.
