Dollar Tree is a store with various low-cost items for the home, offering a wide variety from holiday decorations and art supplies to frozen foods and gift bags. The environment is loved by many, with a clean store where everything is neat and easy to find. Staff are generally described as polite and respectful, though one employee is occasionally noted as rude. Checkout has improved with the installation of self-checkout stations, making the process much quicker, though previously long waits occurred with only one register open. A common complaint is that it is no longer a true "dollar" store, with prices now starting at $1.25 and some items costing up to $5, and shelves sometimes lack sufficient products.
Hey Dollar Tree. Time for a self check out. When you only have 1 person at the register and the line is to the back wall… that’s your sign. Otherwise - great store for quick pick up items.
