I reserved a car for 8:00am, it is now 9:30 and I still have no car. The staff was cordial but appeared indifferent to our experience.Additional annoyance was that if you use a debit card you need to provide 3 "emergency contacts" vs one with a credit card.

Worst customer service ever! Waiting for over 45 minutes was not viewed as an issue. It was normal business for them. All the while 8 people wander the site with clip boards and tablets in hand doing NOTHING!

I give this place Zero stars!!!!!!! It is the most horrific experience we've had to deal with in the past few months!!! I've been dealing with them for 4 months (3 separate transactions- hit 2 deer and car accident) First of all there's NO guarantee of a car when you arrive (appointment or not) In order to get a car you have to arrive BEFORE they open and get in a line to get on a "list" to waitwait there 1 to 3 hours!! POOR communication throughout the whole process!!! I was called to turn my car in for another car because the rental I was driving had a recall but they NEVER mentioned anything of having to make another payment (I don't use credit cards) and they maxed out one of my cards on file with all their fees. My husband (who was the original person who picked up the car) tried to pay and they would not take a credit card from him or a card over the phone by me that at has my name on it. They wanted him to Uber home to get my card from me physically!! They wouldn't even let him drive the car he was returning!! They had tried to take a payment without me even knowing it and of course it was declined. I tried to make a payment to my credit card so they could charge it again but they said they couldn't use that card again for 24 hours???? They never even told my husband they were going to charge the card or we would've been prepared!!! Horrible horrible customer service and communication to the customer!!! BTW He ubered to Avis and got a car immediately for half the price!

The PTC,GA store has the worst customer service agents in the USA. The car that I rented had bald tires...I rented a car that I was afraid to drive. Both front tires were bald and the car had an odor from hell, like raw meat or dogs had been in the car. The only girl in the office was texting on her cellphone and she didn't look up when customers walked in the store. The agents weren't friendly and lacked business savvy. Enterprise doesn't hire/train professionals, just ANYBODY of the street. DEI has ruined the PTC Enterprise store. I wouldn't rent a dog from them.

Made reservations on line. 0900 hrs. It’s almost noon and I’m still waiting for a vehicle. 15 minutes ago they were going to hand me a car that had a Warning Light on that won’t reset. They can’t seem to tell me what that could be. They claim everything looks good. I refuse to drive a rental car with a warning light on the dash/ info system. Still waiting for them to find me a car. How long this will be? Don’t know. But also take note- the time you physically take possession of the rental should be on the agreement. BUT be aware of the RETURN TIME - it should and could be returned the same time as the pick up without penalty.

Waited 2 1/2 hours, just to be told that car wasn't "available" another 20 min then that car wasn't "available. I don't even want to relive the whole thing but the cars are not ready, not clean and it's just a poorly run location.

Due to an accident I had to rent a vehicle. The accident claim was for the other party's insurance company and a vehicle was rented for me through this insurance company. The insurance company contracts their rentals through Enterprise and I chose the Newman location as it was closest. That went well but the experience went downhill from there.When I talked to the young lady Cora she explained there was 12-24 hour wait for a vehicle due to a vehicle shortage. I understood that. She said if they had a vehicle the next day I would be called. Even though they had a vehicle for me I was not notified. So I was without a vehicle for 2 additional days that I did not have to be. I spoke with the manager Donovan several times and the story changed every time and I was given the run around. It took a call to the insurance company to get them to provide a vehicle for me.They are short staffed ( I believe by choice) so I understand no answer to my phone calls and being put on hold for extended length of time when I do get through.So to sum up there is a lack of communication and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.I have yet to turn the vehicle so we will see how that experience goes. As for any personal rentals it will not be through the enterprise location in Newnan.

Abigail fat 0 is all they get . They are nothing but liars. We had to get a car through our insurance due to a wreck . We were assured we would have access to a small suv. They gave us a large suv and advised a 9 tax. It was not a tax but an upgrade charge. Then our adjuster advised they would pay difference for me . Enterprise charged my card without advising me . They are the worst enterprise I have ever used ! Do not go through for anything!!!!

Freshad was wonderful! When he picked us up from the auto body shop around the corner, the first thing we saw was his bright smile. He was super friendly and engaging. Mackenzie went above and beyond her role at Enterprise to ensure that the vehicle we picked up was clean and ready for us to take home. There was a third employee that I worked with over the phone (Mikaria?) who was extremely pleasant as well. The vehicle we got was a 2020 with all the bells-and-whistles. It was an all around great experience. I will definitely recommend them & will work with them again in the future.
