Unorganized and just ridiculous in this store. Items are all over the place. You will even see items on the floor. This store makes you want to go out and go to the Peachtree Five Below. They are much better compared to this store. The store seems dead the last 2 times I have came in, I was just so thrown off. Where is the store associates?

Five Below is my go-to spot for finding affordable and trendy items! Whether it's quirky gadgets, stylish accessories, or fun decor, they always have something unique to offer. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus, everything being $5 or below makes it a budget-friendly paradise! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great shopping experience without breaking the bank.

This location is nothing like others. Items in baskets that are mismarked, when you get to register it charges a different price. Items just everywhere, employees/management needs to organize, clean.

A store that looks like a messy 100-yen shop.
Not everything is $5, there are various prices.
Unlike Daiso, the inside of the store is a mess.

Very terrible customer service. Went to check out with a lady standing right there at the cash register. And she informed me it was self check out only. I'm not an employee and I never use self check out anywhere I go. What's the point of having somebody standing at a register if she can't do a job.

The store was organized and well stocked. They have brought in new managers to help with consumers experience. They were were very helpful.

What a disaster of a store! Shelves and endcaps were so disorganized. There are a lot of random things thrown and left all over the place. Carts with merchandise unattended and in the way. There are so many items with no prices, employees playing with their phones and not paying attention to customers, no greeting when walking in or out... very disappointing experience. It was my first time going to a Five Below and probably my last one.
