Update on my 2017 F250, so they had my truck in the shop for a week. Decided they would have me come pick it up and make an appointment so that they can do the repair. When I picked up my truck, I left the shop, tried cutting my cruise control on, it would not work. I mad a stop, when I backed up, the backup camera would go off saying something was behind me (nothing there). They said there tech wasnt sure what wasa going on and the my front sensor was the only thing they could not align. So I made the appt for Oct 2nd to return so they could finish the job. I actually returned it Sept 28 so that they could also do a service and finish the repair. They have to take the front grill guard off to adjust the sensor. So, they call me Monday afternoon, saying that they can not get the sensor to align and because I had my truck deleted and a chip put in that is what caused the improper aligning. NOT TRUE, the chip had been in for almost 4 years now. If having the chip put in affected the computer system it would have done it along time ago. I have talked to several people that have had the same issue and they were able to get the front sensor aligned. THis will be the last time that I ever go back to MIKE FITZPATRICK FORD. Their customer service is way below par, knowlege of the techs stink, they need to go back to school and learn their job and learn it well. I am supposed to pick up my truck today Tueday afternoon, we will see. I am not holding my breath on it being fixed. Will return for on update..............

Good Luck trying to get a service appointment. The online appointment will only give you 1 day out of month to pick from. When you call the dealership, they do not answer when you are transferred to service department or they will not transfer you because the lines are busy. Very Frustrating!!!!

There a dealerships that people call stealerships, and this is not one of those. This place has a very down home vibe. Their prices for service are reasonable and I've never had a problem there. I take them my 2011 Mustang and 2018 F150. They always finish on time.

My vehicle was serviced on 2/18 Saturday. I dropped off for an oil change at 8am on the nose. The woman whom took my information in for my vehicle attempted to upsell galore after I said I'd like just the oil change. I'm sure she meant well but after saying no, just the oil change it gets rather annoying. She was nice and the oil change price was fair. I'm giving a 2 star review solely based on customer service. I needed a shuttle ride home which was 3.7 miles away. This dealership does not have shuttle service.I'm not sure if that's a weekend deal but nonetheless I had to pay out of pocket for an Uber. I would not have minded waiting if they had coffee snacks etc available or anything entertaining to keep myself occupied for the duration of my vehicle being worked but they do not have much to offer in the lobby unlike other dealerships such as Toyota up the road which is quite nice they offer chic fil a every morning except on Sunday's if you didn't know.

I would have rated this place a zero if it were possible. This was hands down the absolute worst dealer service experience I've ever had. I took my car in for an issue with the brake system which turned out to be a recall. While there , I asked the advisor to check the ac system as it was not cooling. I was informed that due to staffing issues it would be a week before the diagnostic tech could look at it. I agreed as I understand during the post covid era, many businesses are struggling to meet service demand. When I called after a week, I was told that it would be another week. Unfortunately, this was my only mode of transportation to and from work. I inquired why I couldn't come back when the car could be looked at by the technician. I was told that there was no way to schedule that and I'd have to just leave my car. As I explained to the service advisor, I needed the car to get to work. He basically told me there was no way for them to determine any window or timeframe when the car could be looked at and the ac issue diagnosed. If I wanted Them to fix it, I'd just have to leave it with no idea when it would be looked at! In the end, I got my car but of course still have the a/c problem. Trust me I WILL NEVER go here again. I'd rather drive into Atlanta to get the work done. As anyone that is familiar with the city traffic would know, that says a lot!

We went in looking to lease a new Ford F-150 truck. Sales guy that started to help us was just Not interested in trying to help us. I found him condescending and it was obvious he didn't want to lease a vehicle. Came up with all kinds of excuses about what we could and couldn't do. It was obvious he didn't care. Promised to call my husband follow up. Never happened. Still waiting. Went down to Mike Patton Ford in LaGrange and had a Wonderful experience. Leased it from them and got everything we wanted even after being told by this dealer we couldn't. You would think with everything going on right now, that a car dealer would love to have new business. We will advise all our friends to avoid this Ford dealer. They must be rolling in the dough to be this rude....

Bought an 2013 f150 from a different dealer, however they didn't have the code for the keyless entry pad called Mike Fitzpatrick ford, to find the factory set code. Whoever I talked to in service wanted 50$ to recover the code for me. I thought that was outrageous since I already own the truck, anyway I went to our good friend youtube and within 2 minutes was able to find the code printed on the inside of my truck. 1 star because it would've taken him less than a minute to explain where to find it. I will not ever be shopping with mike Fitzpatrick, not for repairs, warranties, or new cars. This was a blatant effort at extortion and severely damaged my trust in this dealership would not recommend 0/10

My truck has been there for 6 weeks for service. It's still there. I have had to call every other day to get updates. They said it was the BCM that was wrong. They "fixed" that and are still having issues. Needless to say, I am livid. Fast forward to November 9th. (The day I received my refund check.) They had it for 7 weeks total. Took it home and The battery died a week later (original problem why we took it in) I eventually Took it to non ford mechanic. They fixed it within a week. (We had told mike Fitzpatrick to check the memory seat button since it wasn't working. They never checked it.) After filing a complaint claim through ford.com I eventually got a refund (minus 50.00) from the dealership. I am happy that they did the right thing by refunding me but it took filing a complaint and months upon months of no vehicle, no "end," and total frustration to receive this. I will continue to support Ford as a brand because of the woman named Jasmine in the complaint department that worked for all that time to help me. However, I WILL NOT be taking my truck to a dealership ever again for service. It was a nightmare.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't waste your time or money here at mike Fitzpatrick ford Newnan. I've been here 2 times and each time they call back about 4 times with a higher price than quoted. I know what you're thinking (sometimes the quote isn't accurate) but my price was originally $350 parts and labor minus the inspection fee and my final price was $1744. They're INCOMPETENT. Their customer service is horrible, this location is not capable of fixing a small problem. It's been since July 2019-now (October 21st) my car is STILL not fixed and the same code and problem keeps coming up. They repaired my computer in my car INSTEAD of my O2 sensor for emissions. Nothing was wrong with my car other than needing to pass emissions and now the original problem is still there and now my back up sensors and my seatbelt sensors are now not sensing when you're not buckled and rear parking (sensors) are not sensing when I approach and object in reverse. Plus my transmission is now jolting when I put it into or out of reverse which I know for a fact was not like this before because I was highly aware other cars like mine were recalled for the transmission.. so come here to mike Fitzpatrick ford Newnan to pay $2000 for more problems than you originally came with! I hope this saves someone from the nightmare I've had with this company/ and location.

I had a phenomenal buying experience here. I truly stopped in just to test drive a model I was considering. Tyler Stretch was friendly and knowledgeable but he was not pushy or cheesy in any way. The price was fair and I'm happy with my purchase. I generally HATE the typical car buying experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch game on the sales floor or finance office. They gave me solid, honest information and I felt comfortable making my choices. I was able to do a lot of the work over the phone or via text so I didn't loose time from work. Their show room isn't fancy, but their customer service sure is!

I took my car here for an oil change on July 5th. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am and went back to pick it up at 3:30 pm. When I picked it up, I noticed the person bringing my car to me had to take a battery charger to start my car. When he brought it to me, he said my battery wasn't connected properly and I need to tell the service manager (Ferdinand). I also noticed my windshield had a big crack that was not there when I dropped off the car. Ferdinand told me he would check on both items with the tech and get back to me. He took my car back to the shop and about 30 minutes later he told me I had a bad battery and the crack in windshield had to have already been there when I brought it in. At this point, I pointed out to him that the vehicle inspection sheet (multi-check inspection) showed that the tech checked my battery and my windshield were good. I asked him why did the tech check that if my window was cracked and the battery was bad? He said the tech admitted to him that he didn't check the windshield and the battery could have gone bad after the inspection. So my question was did anything get checked on my vehicle? How do I even know the oil was changed? Ferdinand said the windshield was not their responsibility and there was nothing they could do. They blatantly admitted to me that items on the checklist were checked good without actually being checked. In addition, I took my battery to AAA after I left the dealership and they said the battery checked out fine. I think they were either trying to sell me a new battery or trying to cover for it not being properly placed back in after inspecting it. I would highly encourage you not to take your vehicle here for any service. If you do, you better make sure you check your vehicle for any type of damage before and make sure the inspections they say they do are actually done.

I will never do business with these people again. brought car to service on a Monday because it had water in the gas tank that got pumped from a flash food store. I told them what the problem was, that needed to get checked so I can put in a claim with the stores insurance, they said no problem. I called on Tuesday, spoke with Charlie, said it will be checked on Thursday,so ok I will wait until then. Spoke with Charlie again on Thursday, he told they did not check it. Called Charlie on Friday morning, he said he was having a diagnostic team coming in to check it. What kind of service department has no one to do a diagnostic,( I already told Charlie what the problem was) I told Charlie not to touch my car, I will have a wrecker pick it up and bring to another auto service company, which is what I did. Within 2 hours of the other service receiving my car I got a call from them telling me that there is about a 1/3 of water in the tank, and they can drain and remove the water, problem solved. So if you bring your car for service at Mike Fitzpatrick..GOOD LUCK.. especially if you have to deal with Charlie. A week without my car because Charlie does not know how to do whatever it is he is supposed to do.
