Went in for a diagnostics on my truck, they told me it was 2 of my 02 sensors (which seems to be their go-to answer for everything) they called dealership to order parts and told me that they warranty their work if they pick up the parts themselves, so ok. Come back next day for the repairs, paid $596+tax, left and check engine light came back on before I get home. Went back next day to address the problem and mechanic already had his guard up and got mad at me for asking him what was he gonna do different and he threw his hands up and told me he wasn't gonna fix it bcuz I was bothering him. But they never offered any compensation for the misdiagnosis. Needless to say, I'm still outta money and my check engine light is still on with the same code it took it there for! Loud, ghetto front desk woman makes the whole environment bad. They have not heard the last of me!!! All I want is my money back!!

I been going to Mr. Frank for years but the people he have at the front desk is so rude even his wife when she there's. This just makes me not want to go there anymore there is no respect for the customer.

Incredibly nice people, continually checking in while your car is in the shop making sure you approve any extra work so no surprise bill, follow ups after to make sure you're happy. I love the small, personal touches they provided and I highly recommend!

Had an overall good experience with their service until I was about to leave and noticed my driver side window and mirror got scratched/chipped while at the shop. They claimed it couldn't be due to a mechanic and that they can't be responsible by what happens in their lot overnight, but not to worry they'll call their window guy and get it taken care of.... The damage was clearly made by some tool/ part hitting the window, not during the night, and I've been chasing them for two weeks now and still haven't they "still haven't heard back from their window guy". Right.

Good service , I never feel taken advantage of Having an auto service you can trust and depend on is critical. They let me know what's wrong with my vehicle and the priority of the repairs needed.

To be honest Frank fixes alot of issues. However his customer service sucks. He is very argumentative and arrogant when you are telling him what is wrong with your vehicle. I have a db1 device that gives me an error code for all of my truck problems. Spent 10-15mins arguing with Frank about how I got these codes. Even had to show him my device. He did all that arguing before he even tried to look at it. This happened on 2 separate occasions. Other than that, he's fine.

Our 2019 Hyundai Tucson was in need of its 15,000 mile service. The SUV has only been serviced at the Hyundai service centers. We took our Tucson to Frank's because the dealer service centers are more interested in draining your wallet than keeping a loyal customer. We did our homework and made an appointment at Frank's Auto Service and Repair. The appointment process took some time but we could tell they were not trying to upsell us or shake us down for our last dollar. Day of service went smooth and under the guidance of Trent, my wife was given a ride home and picked up after service was completed. A full report was provided of the vehicles health, worked performed and breakdown of cost. Total service cost was about half that quoted from the Hyundai service centers. It is rare to find honest auto service centers that provide quality work at reasonable prices. We believe we have found that at Frank's Auto Service and Repair and I plan to have them provide my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe with its 60,000 mile service. Based on our first experience, Frank's Auto Service and Repair earns a 5 star review. Woohoo! As good as it gets.

Him and his whole staff is the best! This place has worked on my car plenty of times and never once had a problem! I even know hes good when other folks come and pick me up while their working on my car, the Lyft driver said to me that him and his wife love using Frank's Automotive, so I know I will never go back to the shady mechanic S& J on Hwy 85 in Riverdale, GA ever again! Once Frank fixed what they messed up last year I havent had no problems with my car plus he now does my oil changes for me. Frank's is reasonably priced and thorough plus timing is great! Went to Franks for routine maintenance on car. They sold me everything under the sun. I feel I was taken advantage of big time, especially knowing I lived at Rossmoor. When I booked the appointment over the phone they kept telling me to bring it in early. They kept my car all day because of all the service they pressured me into getting done. I told them when they were trying to sell me things "that I was at their mercy. I don't know anything about car maintenance." If this is a family owned business with only family members working for them, I think it's time someone came in to oversee what they are up to. What should have been a couple hundred dollars, I came out with a bill over $1,000.00. SHAME ON YOU FRANK'S!

BEST auto repair shop in the Bay Area. They care about the car as well as the owner. Customer Service is #1 their and their attention to detail is outstanding. My car has never run better.

I will never bring another vehicle to this place they misdiagnosed my car and made me pay for the work I didn't need for them to keep guessing and finally realizing what the real problem was cost me a $1900 for something that could have been simple if they were qualified to fix properly in the first place. Then they try to make you feel better about how you just got screwed by saying we discounted you a lot. No you messed up so severely this was to make me feel like you used some lube.

I learned the hard way I can trust Franks. I have been taken advantage of by other repair shops in the past and was skeptical when Franks told me I was in need of a new battery. Just two weeks later my car stalled in front of my friends house who I was taking to the airport. It turned out to be my battery. I have learned that I've got a trustworthy car repair shop that I can rely on and I will always listen to their suggestions in the future

I went to franks Automotive old national highway and I am very disappointed in the Service that they did I spent $2000 for head gasket and the radiator and two weeks later the head gasket blew off and they won't fix it unless I pay for again they don't check their cars out after they work on it they Want me to pay again for the head gasket which I won't do that so I got my car sitting somewhere else where they can look it over but I did fine scratches and dents on the car they don't own up to it they do not test drive the cars after they finish it or recommend any other issues with the car so I can fix it instead of me starting over again I said I recommend send Your car somewhere else so you won't get ripped off
