This company has the worst customer service (office staff). She is difficult to work with, condescending, it’s like she’s doing YOU a favor by just talking to you. This year is not the first time I’ve had trouble with them…but it will be my last. I have a tank at my Alabama home serviced by Blossman gas…it is amazing the difference in the service I receive from them compared to Gas Inc. if you are thinking of using the Newnan office, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! They are not a customer service oriented business. The latest issue with them requires a lengthy explanation…it has been many phone calls, 3 visits, has taken a couple months and STILL is not resolved!

There is no way to rectify my mom in the cold for 3 days. After stating she was next on the list for delivery and stating your company ran out of gas. Then the next day she was not scheduled first on your list. Going on day two still no delivery.

this company is over charging their customers for propane. I have found other companies to be a min of 1 dollar cheaper. this company has the worst customer service ever ! taking my business elsewhere and it will be a company that treats me better then this one does. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

It is not the least price I expected for the summer season, however the professional treatment and installation is without questions the best. I was their client for years and will definitely return if needed and I am recommending them fully.

Never had issues! Delivery was always at the right time. When they changed the old tank out, the guys who did were knowledgeable and double checked to see if things were hooked up inside and out properly, which I appreciated.

I deal with the local office at Smiths Station, Alabama. They are always friendly and helpful. I have never run out of gas since they automatically fill my tank without the need for me to call them.
