This place used to price fairly but instead of clothes being a set price, now they've started upcharging for anything that has a name brand even if it's well used or stained. They literally get all of their donations for free, why are you charging so much for everything? Usually Goodwill employs fairly nice employees who greet the customers but this location lacks on the niceties. Of all the locations nearby, this one is my least liked.

I worked at this Goodwill for fi months. I was ready to do my job but had some un expected illnesses to come up and did miss but it was not my fault. I had to have a spot removed from my back between shoulder blades and it was cancer. I went back and tried to do my job as cashier but it also involved hanging clothes that came out o back and I couldn't do it because it was pulling my shoulders too much. then I fell in April and broke my hip and there was no way to return because I had a compiete replacement after releast for work she the manager said I missed too much work. I feel it was discrimination because she always found faults in everything I did when I worked there. she is no manager she doesn't even how to make a schedule out and do it right

The items in this store are way overpriced. They have some items priced more than they cost new. Organization of the store basically does not exist. Clothes are marked S,M, L, XL - but don't expect to find the mediums under the M. They could be anywhere. The name brand shoes have been taken off the shoe racks and locked in a case -- where 9 times out of 10, no one is around to help you if you want to look at a pair or ask a question. Same with name brand handbags. The rugs are all rolled up and thrown into a large bin where you cannot even see what they look like, nor are they arranged by size - just piled up on top of each other. And the decorative pictures are all piled up against each other and sometimes it is so crowded and such large ones in front, it is impossible to look through them I have seen much, much better Goodwill stores with regards to prices and organization. That said, most of the employees are very nice and helpful. I have run across a couple with an attitude. This store definitely needs some changes.

Recently they have started raising prices to a point that long term customers like myself are not able to continue to shop at the same level. I typically visit 2-3 times per week and average spend is $60-$100 per week. I shop for my family (5 young children), I shop for a local dance company (props and costumes), I shop for our local Scout troop and I shop for certain toys that I clean up/fix and resale. The last 2 weeks I have spent less than $10 total because I can't find items that are priced less than I would pay for them new or on Facebook Marketplace. It is my opinion that your new pricing structure has impacted many others as it has been quite the talk on local Facebook groups I belong to. A recent example was a used, fairly worn Under Armour shirt that I would typically buy for my 12 year old, you had it priced at $12.99 - with a coupon or waiting for a sale, I can get the same shirt, brand new for less than $10. Another example was a fairly old, not well recognized plush from the original Disney Aladdin. It was priced $9.99, even the Goodwill employee thought that was too much for a used stuffed animal. Please reconsider your policy so that your loyal customers won't have to find other ways to spend their money - you are only hurting your programs, especially since most of us have had to stop rounding up since we are having to pay more for items you received free. Wouldn't it make more sense to price things to move rather than being greedy to get more than an item is valued ? An employee told me you price based on what it is listed on eBay. I hope that is wrong as most of us know that on eBay you can charge any price you want, the only way to compare to eBay is to only go by the sold prices.

Really disappointed with the interaction this morning with an employee and general disorganization. I was looking for maternity items for a friend and after searching the store for 20 minutes, decided to just ask an associate. Her response was "yeah we have maternity but it's just in with the regular clothes ". No offer to help. And she just walked off. Tip for Management: how about have a specific section for maternity??? How hard is that? Makes zero sense to make someone look through the entire store, rack by rack, for a label that says maternity.

I stopped at the GoodWill Donation center in Newnan near Thomas Crossroads to donate a large array of kitchen items. I was second in line, the person in front of me had a trunk full of clothes on hangers, this person was literally going through his entire wardrobe deciding what he was going to donate and what to keep. I sat for about 15 minutes, I asked the attendant that was working there if he would please take my donation box, as I had an appointment. He said No, you will have to wait in line. I waited another 10 minutes and the man who was donating was still examining each piece of his clothing. Again I asked the attendant, can I please just take the box out of my car and leave it near the door, he went inside the store and another man came out and said you, meaning me will have to wait. I was so annoyed at this point. I explained once again I have an appointment, again the attendant went into the store and brought out a different man, the man had one of those big containers, he left it by the door and said here put your donation in here and he walked away. So I get out of my van and lifted this heavy box into the container. I am a 63 year old women. I thought this was EXTREMELY rude, that no one helped me. All the while they just looked at me. I felt that they could have asked the person in front of me to move his vehicle and sort his clothes and then get back on line. I have 8 people in my family and we donate alot to Goodwill, if this ever happens again to me I will never donate again to Goodwill. I am really annoyed at this incident. Here I am trying to help others and get disrespected in this manner.

I pulled up to donate and the person working immediately starting going through my car and judging my stuff. He started naming off the stuff they "wouldn't take." He acted like it was a picky consignment shop. (I ended up going to A Better Way Bargains in Peachtree City. They took everything and were so nice! The workers there looked me in the eyes and were so polite.)
