I love this place. It's a hidden gem if you take your time and look. The staff is very nice, and the prices are always fair.

Going to goodwill shouldn’t be a splurge. The average price of items is $5, you can find better deals at a garage sale. The apparent new philosophy of goodwill (their undeniable greed in pricing their items close to retail despite the fact that they got them for free) is the reason why I choose yard sales over goodwill. But hey, their workers can just haul off all the unsold wares and ship them to the next stop (the landfill).
Also, during my trip to this goodwill a lady came in with her dog (NOT a service animal) and I overheard an employee tell her she couldn’t have the dog in here. I don’t know what the lady said to the employee but she didn’t leave the store. The dog was barking in the shopping cart at people and not only was it grating, annoying, and disruptive — it’s unsanitary, guess we just have to hope the dog does piss in the cart. The staff member needed to be more assertive or get a manager. It’s different if it’s a quiet and chill dog, this dog was clearly not trained. When the dog would bark she would smack him, so that was unpleasant to see.
Also, when the cashier says “next in line”, they mean the NEXT person in line is invited to the newly opened checkout station. When there is a large line, Goodwill needs to have their employees make sure to tell the NEXT person in line this, so the NEXT person in line can get checked out. Otherwise RUDE and self centered people will rush to the new line. When Goodwill employees see this happening and allow it, it’s just as rude.

There is a guy that works there that has a bad attitude. I donated a few bins of toys, he huffed and puffed and said “ these are just too many toys, we’re throwing some away. The toys I donated were really good. This is the last time I donate anything to goodwill seeing how they do throw away stuff people donate just because it’s “too much”. Oh and if you don’t like your job then quit.

Be very careful of this Goodwill have items that are from dollar tree clearly marked dollar tree $1.25 Goodwill priced it at $3.99 more than double what you would pay if you were to buy the same item at dollar tree.
When I questioned one of the managers about this, she said it was up to them to price the items. Bad business bad decisions to work something more than double of what you can buy it at the original store, especially when only half of the item works. You were buying a used item at Goodwill. Don’t ask more than the original selling price. Management was very rude even the cashier apologized.
This is one Goodwill that I will never walk back in.

This is the highest priced goodwill I have ever been to. I asked one of the employees and they said the manager makes them prices items very high. From now on I will take my donations to Salvation Army.

Evidently I must've appeared to be a thief. I got to the register all of a sudden some lady comes and stands in front of my cart. She's unloading stuff out of my cart. She looks down and says you have something down here too. I told her yes, I know you didn't even give me a chance because she's standing blocking my cart. She kept asking Michelle, the lady ringing up my items did she make sure she scanned this and that. I'm pretty annoyed by this time. I had a pretty big storage bin in my cart. I open the top and say you can put some of my things in here. One is making sure the bin has been scanned the other takes the clothes off the register and throws them. Dust and dirt flies out of the bin. I'm appalled. I finished my purchase. Truly if I didn't need most of the items I would've just walked off. I loaded my car, came back to register and said to Michelle, now can I have a bag for the clothes you threw at me?
She began like she didn't remember i was just at her register. She got a bag opened it and began handing it to me. I put the clothes right on her register. She grabbed them in a ball and put them in the bag. No apology. The other lady was gone too.
Interestingly (yea, right), the lady who came to Oversee me walked away as soon as I paid. She did that to no one else.
I've been to that store many times. This is my absolute last.
My level of pistivity when I left with the way I was treated. Walk outside to my car which was parked in front of the so I can put my things. Look at how long I stay in my car before I pull. The hurt had finally hit me. I cried a little then called a friend before pulling off because now it turned into anger.
Climate of our times.

The most overpriced goodwill I’ve ever been to, it was horrible! They do have a really good stock and selection of things, especially furniture, but it’s no wonder they are always stocked because they probably don’t sell anything with how expensive the prices are. Please lower them!

Most overpriced goodwill I’ve ever been to are they making extra money for products that are DOMATED? People come to goodwill in need but are taken advantage of at this location.
