I was looking to transfer from my old car insurance to something new with better rates. I called Jake State Farm in Newnan and was connected with Haven.She worked with me to get the coverage I needed. She also bundled my policies so I got more than what I previously had. We recently moved from out of state and worked with Haven at Jake Stanley State Farm in Newnan. Haven made the entire process incredibly smooth. She was very responsive, patient, and on top of every step from the beginning. We switched over from GEICO because she was able to get us much better rates and helped us bundle our policies in a way that made sense for our needs.
She took her time explaining each detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Her professionalism and customer service stood out right away. It truly felt like she cared about helping us, not just making a sale.
We highly recommend Haven and the entire team at Jake Stanley State Farm. We are genuinely grateful for how easy she made this transition during our move. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Wow! Was I surprised and impressed by this agency and Nick my agent. I never expected an agent to be as friendly and helpful as he is. He took all the time necessary (over an hour) to answer all my questions and look for the best way to make things work for me. I never felt pressured and when it was all done he was able to save me money and make the insurance process easy.
You won’t go wrong checking this agency out. Everyone is so helpful and considerate and I really do feel like they genuinely care and want to help.
