“I found my new jewelry store in Morgan's. From my watch battery to a helpful employee that sold me a nice but not to expensive bracelet to give my wife . I wasn't looking to buy anything but a battery and as I waited the a few minutes to pay I saw some bracelets. A nice and pretty young employee asked what I liked and I said, "all of them" Told her my broke wallet couldn't afford such nice things. Well not only did she make one lovely bracelet affordable but she was able to put it in a nice box with a bow that followed me home. She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough! “Got my daughter ears pierced November 3rd and the manager I forgot her name but she did the piercing and she was so great , I had my son with me as well so it wasn’t exactly so easy trying to get it done well at least that’s what I thought but she was a great help with both of my kids , she made great conversation & made me feel very comfortable with getting her ears pierced she made it quick and easy as well , she explained the cleaning process very well & even offered to help me with my kids to the car because I had a hand full . I really appreciated her kindness and great customer service”
