She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough! I knew from the second we walked into her shop (which is so beautiful and charming!!!) that we had finally found the right place, and we were right! Thank you, Hubbell Proctor Design!!!”

Extremely professional and gave us more than expected on our gold scrap. Definitely went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend doing business with her, you won’t be disappointed (unless you’re a scammer). She definitely knows her stuff and educated us on jewelry my wife bought online that was marked at a higher karat than it actually was. Can’t speak highly enough of her. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“I found my new jewelry store in Morgan's. From my watch battery to a helpful employee that sold me a nice but not to expensive bracelet to give my wife . I wasn't looking to buy anything but a battery and as I waited the a few minutes to pay I saw some bracelets. A nice and pretty young employee asked what I liked and I said, "all of them" Told her my broke wallet couldn't afford such nice things. Well not only did she make one lovely bracelet affordable but she was able to put it in a nice box with a bow that followed me home. It's amazing how a wife's mood will change without alcohol ?My day was a success because my watch kept perfect time of her every movement that evening and beyond.Thanks Morgan jewelry store I'll be back and recommend you !!”
