I’m done with Kohls! I keep getting coupons but when I try to use it they say it doesn’t apply to my purchase. Don’t have that problem with other stores!! Plus the clothing selections are horrible and ugly!! I’m done!!!

Kohl’s is not Kohl’s anymore. No jewelry department anymore. They used to have a variety for everyone now it’s just for young folks.

Place looks like a flea market! Items strewn all over the place & no 1 wants 2 go above & beyond 2 assist a customer... heaven 4bid . However, the yng lady n customer service was a rey of sunshine ?, how beit over worked she was. I called the store later that day & the employees (if u can call them that) were extremely rude, obnoxious, & arrogant. No wonder the stores n the shape its n!

The Newnan Kohl’s (men’s section) is a wasteland of clothes strewn about with limited size assortment and rarely in the right locations. Been to Kohl’s all over the country and this one is bad. Need a L or XL. Forget it. They have it in SM or Med or XXL. Need it in blue? Nope they have it in pink or purple. Want to order it online since it’s out of stock? Be prepared for limited delivery options to Newnan. So you FINALLY found something that fits in the right color and have a friends/ family coupon (the trifecta?!) and stand in line for 20 mins to buy? “Excluded from promotion”. But hey you can always sleep well knowing that you saved anyway….you know the game: “Khakis: normal price $150: Kohl’s price $29.99. Congrats YOU SAVED $120.01 on those Sonoma Pants” ?. Riiiight. Moving on…..

This Kohls is starting to look like a thrift store, wasn't this way 2 years ago. what happened to your great jewelry department? I was there on Dec 4th. Hardly any Christmas ornaments or decor in the small area in the front of the store designated for Christmas. More clearance racks have been added. this just isn't the same Kohls as the past, housewares were none existent. Pricing is great if you can find what you are looking for. The cashier was great , very friendly but all the check outs were moved to one side of the store with only 3 actually open. Stood in line for a while to get to the cashier. They do not have gift boxes anymore. This is a department store, you should have gift boxes for your customers at Christmas.

The store was clean and looked great but the cashier was rude. One of the items I bought didn't ring up like it was supposed to she wouldn't call for another associate to go look at the price she wanted me to go take a picture of it. I didn't have time to do so, so I paid full price
