Whoever worked the service counter on 8/5/24 is rude and no help. I asked two different people to help me with the coin machine after it took coins and gave me no cash. What help did the offer... nothing and didn't even come over and try to help they just walked away.

Violet was kind and respectful; however the store itself had some barcode malfunctions which was a little annoying and took more time than necessary. nonetheless got what I came for.

This store has consistently been going down hill for the past couple of years. Every single shopping trip is a bad experience. I’ve stuck it out because of the coupons but I’m done. I’d rather pay more at Publix than deal with this garbage store. 😡
