Staff was very rude when i tried to call in a refill. Then she put me on hold i called at 12:40 . I sat there on hold till 1pm. When i realized that i was livid.if you didn't want to help customers stay at homeI will he calling back

Jin is the star of this pharmacy. He is such an amazing person. He takes time to talk to people and treats each person with care, compassion and respect. Several of the techs are spectacular also. Ben is the only one that always has a sour look on his face and his tone/attitude is so clipped.

I will NEVER use them again. I am short 12 percocets this month. I take pain medication because of a motorcycle accident 3 years ago that broke both my arms, my pelvis, my ribs and put a hole in my heart by my ribs stabbing it. I keep My medication in a lockbox at home that NOONE but me has the code too. When confronted about it, they told me they "verified" I was given the right amount. COUNT YOUR MEDICATION AT THE COUNTER because SOMEONE here is stealing medication , I would assume to Sell. Iv been contingent here for a LONG time but will NEVER co e back!

I needed a few things I forgot a few days prior, so I was interested in checking out a different store from Publix. Kroger owns my hometown grocery store, so I thought it would be interesting to see similarities/differences. (BTW your loyalty card from a Publix subsidiary doesn't work here, at least in my experience re: Mariano's)I know how absurd it must sound to say that the "vibes were off here." You'd wonder how to measure that objectively, which is fair. But all I can say is that it felt dingy, dirty, and sad. It didn't feel clean, bright, and open at all. The prepared food didn't look very good, and there was not much of a variety, especially for sandwiches. The produce was OK - I got some raspberries that were quite inconsistent. They might not know how to stagger or assign roles well, because there was a huge snaking line of people waiting at the checkout lane, and they finally opened up a second one well into that process.The one positive thing here is that everyone I encountered staff-wise was friendly and polite. The checkout employee was nice, and she pointed out that another employee she was talking to is her daughter! That was very cute :)

Went to fill prescription for my dog. Was told electronic signature was illegal. Ok filled other places no problem. Legal mentioned 3 times when filling. Didnt realize this a pharmacy and attorney too. Then turned away person in front of me too.While rolling his eyes.

Absolutely unacceptable that any patient should have to wait over 25 minutes for someone at this pharmacy to pick up the phone. Picture shows my call over 25 minutes at 5:37pm. It is now 5:43pm as I post this, so now over 30 minutes of waiting for them to pick up.

Why is the Kroger Pharmacy at Newnan Crossing Blvd closed an HOUR EARLY?? Did they forget about the time change?? I spoke with numerous employees and no one knows! You can't ask Custoner Service because they're closed too! A very poor performance on Kroger's part. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that couldn't pick up their prescription!! The fact that I coukdn't get it on time is causing me to feel terrible physically. I think I'm going to Pulblix from now on. Stay away from here if tyou need your prescriptions on a regular basis. Jin the pharmacist is absolutely amazing! I had called the other day about a medication my son needed and who ever I talked to was rude as can be and didn’t care to explain or answer any of my questions just rushed me off the phone! When I called the following day asking about the medication and what I need to do Jin was so nice. He explained to me about the different medicines and the prices since insurance will not cover it. He called me back to let me know the doctor changed the prescription and let me know the price. He was so pleasant to talk with and helped me so much! We need more people like him. Who take the time to explain things and answer questions for you and actually care about their job and helping others!

The Newnan Crossing Kroger does an overall good job. But Jin goes above and beyond and I really appreciate him. He helped me when I had oral thrush and other ailments. He’s my go to guy !

I sat in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. The person in front of me parked his truck at the window and literally sat with his door open for 20 minutes while they came to the window THREE times to wait on him rather than asking him to come inside. FINALLY, it’s my turn at the window, and they pull the shade down at 6:45!!!! The drive thru was to be open until 7. Then, I came inside and waited ANOTHER 20 minutes!!!! Pathetic customer service! And might I add…there were FOUR employees working!
