The store's appearance can be rundown and messy, with many out of stocks on counters, which is not appealing or inviting. At times, service can be poor, with employees ignoring customers or being rude, though other great employees will step in to assist. The location is easy to get in and out of with no crazy traffic, and it is situated near a McDonald's, Walgreens, and a few eateries.

Ordered a Bday cake for my mom via over the phone. The cake decorator did a fantastic job on the cake. She was friendly, and thorough on getting it completed in a timely manner. She did a great job with decorating it!
