Been in 2x in the last 2 weeks. What time do I have to come in to get some produce? 11:45 am and 1 bag of russet potatoes available with a big hole torn in it and a rotten potato. Store is consistently dirty and poorly stocked and employees ignore the customers. There are many better choices around

I understand it's the holiday but every five or ten minutes they kept advertising sells on FULL BLAST. I have noises cancelling headphones that block out conversation, cars, carts and the music playing in stores.
They are no noice cancelling that I've missed conversation due to not hearing them on mid volume.
This was SO LOUD ? nothing could block it out.
?"TODAY WE ARE HAVING OUR DOZEN DONUTS FOR $5 COME UP FRONT TO GET THIS GOOD DEAL!" ?
They never did it like this before. Yes advertising for credit cards and what not. But nothing like this. It's in the background and you aren't fully listening. I will not becoming back under after the holiday to avoid this ?

8am on a Thursday morning and not one single register open. Then I get berated from a rude employee who just stood there and told me what I was doing wrong rather than actually opening a register or helping anyone.

Usually I don’t place pick up orders the same day, but my plan to in-person shop fell through because of busy schedules and kids. Placed a pick up order at 11 am on 4/21 for 6-7pm. I’ve done this a few times with little to no issues. My husband answered a call from Kroger at about 4:30 pm telling us our order wouldn’t be ready until 7:30 pm. No problem, we’ll arrange things differently so we can get it. We’ve had that issue before with same day orders. The time rolls around, I stay home to get some work done and my husband and kids head out to get our order. They drive all the way there (30 minutes from where we live), and get told the order won’t be ready until the morning of 4/22. Frustrating as we both work, and if that was the case we should have received another call or been told in the first place. My husband asked for a discount or something, seeing as they pushed it back twice, once with no communication. nothing was offered. I’m a Kroger girl, and i loved pick up because it worked with my busy schedule. But I’ll shop in person from now on, I’d even pay a little more at Publix to get the items I need and pick up if i need it. Also, they’ll say they are out of stock with pick up orders but have it in stock at the store. If I wanted my gas wasted, i could do that on my own. Not impressed. Won’t be back.

My wife & I just moved to Newnan. Our previous location did not have a Krogers, which we love. Excited to visit the store close to us. My option: “OLD & COLD”. The store was dirty, old and as cold as the temperature outside. Found isles blocked with items needing stocked. So cold I had to leave before getting items we needed. Will not return.

Worst Kroger ever when it comes to online shopping.. patiently waited 1 hour on groceries and the worker did not seem to care, as he kept bringing out others, so I left..they also leave out items on the shopping list.. never ordering with this store again
