In house at the Albany store was great. My issue has been over sending non-needed supplies. I had also requested a phone call to discuss supplies before just sending what is thought I needed.

These people are the worst . I have not lived in Newnan GA in almost two years and they are preventing my son’s oxygen supply from the Lincare in my new home state from being delivered. Blaming their lack of follow through with insurance on us. We were in the same home for 13 years and they could have reached out through their delivery person if they needed to but no, they let the account get behind and now they expect Medicaid to pay but since the requirements weren’t met timely, no payment. Yet they are blaming us. All I know is that my son needs oxygen to be able to leave the house and he can’t get it. So at this point just to go to a doctor’s appointment is potentially dangerous in that his oxygen levels drop when he comes off the home oxygen concentrator. I promised that woman that she will ( and all of LINCARE ) will deeply regret if something tragic happens because of his not receiving the oxygen tanks for mobility. Highly disappointed, concerned and upset with this situation. Please don’t take any business ti this facility. You will surely regret it, if you do . 😒

Over the past seven years probably a little littler longer I can safely say that have taken great care of me I’ve never had to worry about any supplies or anything else they don’t miss and I appreciate that very much and I would recommend them anytime to family and friends and they make sure that your equipment is safe and up to par and working properly.

Have been trying to reach this company for a week now for a medical device that’s desperately needed and have yet to receive a call back! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Calling the doctor today to find a different company this is ridiculous!

I give a 3 because it took 3-4 months to get my account at the right place so I was not receiving anything and no contact from anyone now they hopefully have it straightened out. The delivery man I think his name is Matthew he gets 5 stars because he has always been on time very friendly and knowledgeable

Jason was truly a great supporter for help and encourage in my quest to get my portable oxygen tank. He delivered and kept me supplied with tanks for 15 months. Honestly he was the best!

The business has really disapointed us. When service was initially set up, it took weeks to get anything delivered. They were to call him back to confirm insurance and never called. Then he called about needing something else, and they were to call back. After almost 2 weeks I got involved. I was told he could get what he needed because he hadnt paid his copay. But he had never been invoiced. So they had me call accounting. I called accounting and they had an automated message that they were having issues with their invoices and that they hoped it would be corrected soon. Never got to speak to a person. So I called back and finally got an employee. She was argumentative and condesending. I finaly had to ask her to let me finish speaking. Then she explains that to get what we need, the dr needs to call in a different prescription. But I explained to her that he already had that prescription but since the insurance changed he now needed it through them. She said it didnt matter...that even IF the doctor prescribed what he needed, he wouldnt be able to get it for 3 months after he proved he needed it!!! Like seriously......and I am pretty sure it was a lincare in Alabama that serviced him before. I finally quit the conversation as I was getting nowhere. God forbid someone get to where they cannot breath and this is the company you try to deal with!! The only good thing we have experienced is the delivery person. He is amazing. Good christian man. Beware of this company.

We have been with lincare for a few year's now and always have gotten excellent service we get a delivery every 2 weeks with Jason White as the driver he is very professional and excellent service I like him alot he always makes sure we have everything we need
