Would give a zero if I could. The employees at this store are horrible. Went in for pricing on flooring. The flooring supervisor saw the list of materials from a quote we received from Home Depot. He said he wasn't going to go through the items in the quote and give us prices because Lowes had to measure the area. There were only four items in the quote; the flooring, the transition pieces, quarter round and underlayment. We didn't even ask him to look at the quote or try to give him the document. I should have known to walk away before I spoke to him, based on the way he was responding to the person he was talking to that was ahead of us. That person left mad as well. This is the second employee at this Lowes that has been rude, unhelpful and seemed put out. Will not be shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Awful customer service, looking at my soul with eyes filled with no care that I needed my flat washers....1/10 never coming back this shit/hole. Home Depot my new go to.

Ask for Billy! Great customer service from him. He helped me find the best grill as well as other items throughout the store! I will definitely be coming back because of him. It's hard to find solid customer service but he was awesome help today!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in one evening and I couldn't get help in Flooring. I told the five Associates standing around and laughing at Customer Svc about it and they ignored me so I said I was going across the street to Home Depot and the supervisor looked at me and then turned around and continued to joke with the other worthless employees. Home Depot helped me out so I will NEVER go to LOWE's AGAIN. NEVER!!!!!!

Michael helped us out in both electrical and with a shed. Seems like he's the only person that works here. I talked with three associates before him and they all brushed us off.

I am writing a slight addendum to my review of Lowe's Newnan a few days ago. As I stated at the end of my review, I was awaiting a phone call from the general manager of the store. He did indeed call me the day after I had called corporate. What I appreciated about his phone call is that he was not condescending nor did he talk down to me after listening to my complaint and concerns. He did apologize as I figured he would, but he also offered a compensading refund for a portion of our order. He handled this situation with compassion and dignity. He did admit that sometimes things happen and not necessarily always for the good. He changed my mind about how I view the Newnan Lowe's now.

Horrible service. Ordered a new dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered Friday. Never showed up. They said the truck broke down. Changed delivery to Monday. Again they never showed up. When I called (they never called me) they said it was crushed, but a new one will be delivered tomorrow. Guess what??? No dishwasher or call today. I called and was told Lowes canceled my order. Next a spoke to a warehouse "supervisor " Richard, he said that my original order never came so it was reordered yesterday and would be delivered tomorrow. When questioned about getting different stories, he cut me off and didn't want to discuss that and just asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I will never buy anything from Lowes again. I just want my money back now.

This Lowes has the absolute worst customer service. I stood in line to get to the self check out registers the only ones open by the way, No actual cashiers were available. when I got my turn I realized i could not use my military discount at the self service register, so I waited for the attendant and I was politely told she could ring me up but I needed to get back in line. and of coarse no manager available, no one else to help and just try to call this store and get a person on the line. Just save your time and frustration and go across the street to Home Depot, you are going to end up there anyway.

We purchased a new dryer last weekend and scheduled delivery for today Along with the dryer we purchased a new 8' dryer vent hose and clampWe also paid to have the old dryer removedThe delivery/installer called about 12:00 and advised they were on their way When they arrived the first thing they did was remove the old unit.Then they brought in the new dryer put it in the closet plugged it in and turned it onHad me sign the receipt and leftAfter they left we noticed they did not install and give us the new vent hose When I called the manager on duty I was advised that we could either reschedule the install orCome by the store and receive the hose and clamps to install ourselvesI have attempted to install myself with little success I am quite frustrated with the entire experience
