First time at this establishment and will not return. I think perhaps the tech was inexperienced, and did a manicure for me, which was not a professional one. I do a better job myself. I was charged $20.00 plus I added a $4.00 tip.but yet My Debit card was charged 25.75. I called and spoke with the front desk and he proceeded to tell me that they charge 1.75 for a credit card fee. I told him I used a Debit card and the fee should not apply. He said it applys to both, credit and debit cards.NOT RIGHT!!!

My nail tech that had an attitude the last visit popped up to do my manicure. I decided to give her another try, but again she disappointed me. I wanted my nails soaked off she pushed them off with a nail, I asked her to stop, she brought a cold soak off bowl and still pushed them off with a nail. Didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut before started chopping them. I refused to let her put on SNS and let her just put plain polish. Her attitude and customer service was poor. 2nd strike. She acts as if she’s doing the customer a favor. However, my pedicure was done well by another smiling lady. With great customer service and the best foot massage!!!!

Every time I go to Lush for a manicure, pedicure, and to do gel or S&S nails, I have the BEST experience. The staff is extremely friendly and I’m always happy with the end result. The owners interact with me and always make me feel welcome. Come join the club and you’ll LOVE your experience! Vicky is my favorite and has never let me down. I highly recommend!

I came in to this salon on 06/04/24. I wanted a toe color change and new acrylic gel set. Everything was great until the acrylic gel set. The lady had put the tips on and cut them down to length. She started to file them into almond shape that I asked for. After she filed the second nail, she showed me and asked if I liked it. I liked the length before she started filing, but once she filed the two nails, she went in on the length and I just wasn’t happy with it. I wanted them longer for the shape to look correct. So I responded to her, “no, can you make them longer.” She then got very angry and screamed “NO”. Then said, “IF YOU WANTED THEM LONGER WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO CUT THEM SHORT”. I said I am sorry that is my bad. She then got up, slammed a bowl with acetone on the table for me to soak my nails in and got up and left and never came back. She proceeded to walk back and forth from the back room giving me disgusting looks???!! She sent a new lady to finish my nails and never came back. Just wanted to stare me down with her new client. All of the employees in the salon was staring at me and coming up to look at my nails in the bowl. I have always came here and never had an experience like this. I felt honestly humiliated and belittled for being honest when she asked if I liked them. Why ask me how I feel about them if your not willing to change it. I come to this salon and pay money to leave with something I am happy with. I did not ask her to change it after the acrylic was on, I asked her when she JUST put the tips on. The glue on my nails had not even set yet. It was not much to ask, as I thouroughly understand the process nails take. I have asked this before at a nail salon when I wasn’t happy with the shape/style and they had no issue fixing it for me. She SCREAMED those words at me and made me very small as a person for absolutely no reason. This is not how you treat paying customers, and I will never come here again after how I have been treated. Which is extremely sad because I have come here for years. The owner and all employees in the salon heard and saw what happend and it was very disappointing for the owner to have nothing to say about her disgusting behavior towards a client. He himself even came up to the bowl to look at my nails and talk about me instead of correcting his employee who just had screamed and harassed me for no reason. I will never recommend this salon to anyone due to the amount of disrespect I felt. The lady decided to take it personally I guess when I wanted my nails fixed. If I am paying money for a service, I WILL speak up if I don’t like how it looks. There should be NOTHING wrong with this, considering I was there 3 hours before closing time. There was no reason for this reaction. I will be posting this review on all platforms, due to lack of responsibility and accountability on the owner and the lady herself. Something honestly should be done in account for the disrespect I faced as a paying customer. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. If you’re having a bad day, stay home and don’t go to work. Because a stranger should not have to suffer the consequences of being in your presecene if you’re going to lash out at anybody and everyone for a simple aspect you face in your job. 100% not the way to treat somebody who is supposed to be PAYING and TIPPING you.
