Outstanding service from the phone call to the service. Antonio dis his thing. My vooper needed a battery, and he took care of it and was registered. I'm on my way. Didn't take long, and I'm bringing my Lexus to have minor work done.

The staff at this location are so cool and helpful! I purchased tires from this location on a truck about 4 months ago. I ended up popping a tire on the truck and since we got all 4 tires from this location originally I thought to go back here to get a new one b/c we had the road hazard warranty (worth the purchase on any new tires btw). The staff informed me of what I needed and ordered it. The tire came within two days of them ordering it and they were able to install it the same day it arrived. Antoine (manager) was so helpful and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff with their swiftness. Thank you guys!

I made an appt
Was on time, checked in and gave them my keys. Over an hour later I was asked could they help me and what I needed! Never acknowledged my appt or that I checked in. Not sure they know that they are doing.
Management has gone downhill.

I have new brake pads. The shop was fast. Nice waiting area where you can charge your phone and watch movies. Excellent Customer Service !!!

I called 2 times to verify they would do align if I come. They said come. I drove there and they they didn't have a mechanic. Bummer, I use to trust PepBoys.

No one loves car issues but the gentlemen who work at this PepBoys are wonderful. They treat you with respect and handle your car quickly and at the most effective price possible. I never hesitate going to this location for all my car needs.

This location is very slow. I came in for a tire balance at 8 am with one 7 am tire installation appointment ahead of me and I did not get called back until 9:30. Two hours for 4 tires! I don't really think they know what they're doing here. Do not get tire work here, you will be here ALL day! By the way, those 7am online appointments don't really matter because the techs don't show up until 8 as I was told by the store.

I arrived roughly 10 minutes late and Bismarck was very accommodating. He and Chaz got me in and out so quickly with 4 brand new tires. Bismarck also made me aware of a sale they had that helped me save a ton.
