They did an amazing job on my baby Neo. He was looking rough, uneven and knotted hair. He's looking sharp now! I wish the prices weren't so expensive, but they do a great job.

I have been feeding my dog simply nourish for the last 6 years. In the last few months I have been to store locations in Florida, Georgia and Massachusetts and there has been extremely low stock and limited variety. Up until my last visit my dog was stuck eating only 2 different flavors because that’s all Petsmart had to sell. This is the second time this has happened, the
First time was covid. Someone at the store in Florida said they may be discontinuing the brand. If so, could you please put to your regular customers so that we can find a food that we can slowly switch our pets to.

I was skeptical about Petsmart however, my dog needed a groom & her scheduled groomer broke her arm. I would not recommend them for grooming. They don’t know how to trim with shears or scissors. She’s all chopped up.didnt look brushed out. Btw she’s a Cavachon & yes high maintence with grooming White dogs usually need a little help with their coat , a whitening shampoo. I’m sure that’s an add on too. Her muzzle still looks dirty. I will need to bathe her again . Their pricing is steep, they have add ons including nail trimming. I saw another small dog poodle with white coat, same thing all chopped up coat . Not returning ever!!

My experience with the cat groomer at Newnan petmart was horrible. She was unprofessional, and impolite. She never showed up for the first appointment, and was late for the second. She did a horrible job on my cat. I will never go back again

We had our Great Pyrenees, Falkor, and our poodle Dahlia groomed by Savanah. She did an amazing job. Our dogs absolutely loved the extra care that she gave them. All of the other groomers were also so kind and friendly.
