This is your typical pilot with a Wendys. I love this location mainly due to Neshanta White. She is an amazing worker that every place would wanna hire. She is the first one to always greet you. She is running all over the store working different areas to make sure the customers are happy. She has a great spirit about her and his friendly and always cheerful. Please don't let any of the stupid customers take the beautiful shine away. Keep at it girl. Management give her a raise.

Very dirty, staff not friendly. In the morning I waited more than an hour for a shower, when I came to ask why it took so long they shouted at me saying that they were on break, while all the showers were empty, simply not cleaned.

I would give zero stars of possible . I've talked with the manager, shrugged off no problem, he can fix ... tried calling corporate, but there was no answer... called the store 10 times in the past couple of days ( no answer )
Driving up to the gas pump# 4 looks great !!!
Insert card and computer takes a long time to load ...im using cashapp card , it pinged my card immediately took all the cash on it .
Then it asks for zip code ( computer slow ) i entered incorrectly. I still, to this date, do not have the cash it took !!!
I've called corporate in Tennessee, and we will see !

Its quite sad there is not enough parking and you have pilot over here charging to park you know why loves is always full before yall not only do they not have one paid parking spot they offer the best rewards free showers and refills while with ta and pilot you have buy a million in fuel loves will always be my go to pilot will always be my last option your stingy and have no respect for drivers

Gas pumps not accepting credit cards. No ability to go inside and pay to fill up your tank without giving them your credit card and ID and then coming back.

Went in to Subway and got a sandwich meal. When I tried to get my drink ALL of the fountain drinks were out. I asked the manager Renee if I could grab a can of coke since they were out and she said no I’d have to get a refund. This was right after I spent another $13 on a biscuit, fruit, and other drinks for my kids. Renee was no help. It has always been a pitiful location. Will never go back. 7/7/25 9:30 am

I got to wait ticket I repeated the truck number at the scale multiple times I think this cashier is hard of hearing oh she just don't care like I don't know that she's supposed to put her initial next to her mess up they need to put her as a janitor instead of a cashier
