“Tim at Pakmail went above and beyond to make my truck rental experience smooth. There was nothing but professionalism and courteousness from pickup to drop off. Even when I came upon a small issue during pickup, Tim worked diligently to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend for your truck rental needs.”

“After my initial review I would like to say… Thank you for contacting me and answering my concerns. We have been long time customers of yours and it was very frustrating not being able to have a live person to discuss my issues with. Thank you for your response and help in resolving the problem. I hope that things will continue to improve for your company and for your customer service.”
