The rudest and Unprofessional Pharmacist i have ever encountered.. I was picking up a script and i am suffering with extreme Pain. I have two insurances and the Pharmacist refused to process my scripe through one of my insurance that would have a lower co-pay. Horrible Personality.I recommend the Publix Pharmacy at Glenda Trace. It will be worth the drive. I will never use this location again. Also, it reflects on this Publix.They are kind and Professional at the Glenda Trace Publix Pharmacy.

The rudest and Unprofessional Pharmacist i have ever encountered.. I was picking up a script and i am suffering with extreme Pain. I have two insurances and the Pharmacist refused to process my scripe through one of my insurance that would have a lower co-pay. Horrible Personality. I recommend the Publix Pharmacy at Glenda Trace. It will be worth the drive. I will never use this location again. Also, it reflects on this Publix. At the moment, I absolutely do not recommend this location. I placed an Insta cart order for 2 platters for 12/24. Order was placed, paid and I received a confirmation email. Then I receive a call telling me my order cannot be completed. REALLY obnoxious!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this place has the rudest staff I've ever encountered anywhere. I'm treated like a junkie for picking up my medicine in spite of ALL prescription information coming directly from my doctor. It is incredibly humiliating to the point where I would rather just go untreated. I've been hung up on and lied to multiple times about my prescription's availability. The only thing I can praise is their efficiency (at least when they're not telling me they don't have me on file). These are not claims I would be making if I hadn't been recieving completely different information from varying staff members, as well as from my doctor herself.

They shorted my prescription quantity without informing me, yet charged me more than other local pharmacies despite providing a significantly lower quantity. That is pretty deceptive and sorry.

Oh, I cannot praise them enough.. Katie went out of her way to help me. I’ve never had anyone like her. The whole store needs to be acknowledged and congratulated on all the time they spent with me. What wonderful employees and the manager should be extremly proud...

Amazing staff. Wife wants to use Good RX, which potentially takes us to another pharmacy to save a few bucks on an script or two. I'd rather pay a little extra to have all my meds filled with the crew I know and trust. They know my name and have my pills ready to ring up before I even approach the counter. I LOVE THIS STORE!
