I have always used this pharmacy and something has definitely changed. The attitude and communication is horrible. I understand if people are overwhelmed with so many prescriptions and people to help, but being rude to customers isn’t the best approach.

My son's prescription didn't make it over from a telehealth doctor, but the pharmacists did everything they could to help me track it down, making calls to other pharmacies and to the doctor. As a desperate mom with a violently ill toddler at home, this was an absolute blessing. In my mild (sleep deprived) panic, I didn't catch the names of the associates who helped me, but I'm so grateful for them!

Horrible. I don’t know if it’s overall incompetence or a management issue. Almost every time I pick up a prescription, there’s an issue. They don’t call to let you know there’s an issue, they don’t refill things when they say they will and they’re just generally terrible at the job. Not to mention, the employees are often rude. I’m taking my scripts somewhere else from now on. I’ve only come here for 3 months and I can’t take it anymore.

Something has definitely changed at this location. When I call I cannot reach a person. It rings, then goes to a generalized voicemail (basically saying no one is available in the pharmacy right now you'll have to leave a msg.) I've had 5 issues over a 3 month period. 1 of those I was told by the drop off window my my prescriptions weren't sent in only to go through the hassle of calling my dr's office for them to say they had in fact, been sent in. I knew they had bc they always send them before leaving the exam room. But then, the dr's office has to stop what they're doing to call the pharmacy, only to be told by the pharmacist they were sent in. The other 2 times it happened I had to leave, call the pharmacy & when the pharmacist was finally able to come to the phone she told me they WERE sent in so I had to turn around & drive back. The 4th time I sent my husband to p/u my prescriptions after receiving the text that it was ready & when he arrived he was told it would be 1.5 hrs so he waited. When he walked back up there they told him I didn't have any prescriptions sent in. So instead of the pharmacy calling me to let me know, they made him wait all that time. I asked him to let them know they had sent me a text that they were ready before he ever even went up there & sent him a copy of the text. A person that we've never seen before looked at him, rudely grimaced & only said the word "NO" to him. He asked "what do you mean no," & she replied "no we did not send her a text that anything was ready." He was so frustrated he left. 10 minutes later they called me to tell me that my prescriptions that had been sent in they only had half in stock so it would be the next day before it was ready. I'm unsure what screen the drop off window is looking at, but it's clearly NOT the same screen as the pharmacist who by the way is the only reason we drive half an hour with traffic one way to use this pharmacy. The team used to be very friendly, helpful, professional & consistent. We never had any issues until three months ago. 5th issue, I called this morning & was sent to a voicemail again. I left a msg letting them know I needed the inhaler today, not tomorrow after 3 pm like the automated refill msg tells patients. I never heard back. I called again at 4 pm, it rang & I was sent to that voicemail again! This is all just too much when we have to drive an hour round trip. It's not sick season, there were not more than 3 or so customers in the pharmacy when the first 4 incidents occurred. One thing is for certain, I am not the only one this is happening to. Patients are complaining at work & I'm beginning to see customers complaining on social media & I doubt it will be too long before they are so frustrated they go out of their way to leave a Google review. If I'm having such a difficult time I can only imagine how elderly customers must feel. I apologize for how lengthy this is, but they cannot improve if they don't know about it.

We moved next to this store pharmacy and in the last year have tried to use the pharmacy 6 times. We have never had a successful pick up.They either say they didn’t get the prescription, tell you it will be done in an hour and it takes 3, don’t give you all your medications and you have to come back. This trip we had medicines ready for post surgery. They were called in on Friday and picked them up the following Wednesday for a Thursday surgery. They only gave 4 of 7 prescriptions but didn’t tell me they other 3 weren’t there. So I come back to get the other 3 the day after surgery and they said they put them up bc I didn’t come to get them within their 10 day limit. I came 5 days after they were called in.

This Publix is terrible they all have rude attitudes and what is the point of calling medicine in and getting a text that it’s ready but when you get here they haven’t even filled it I’ve came here and they say oh sorry Covid no don’t blame it on Covid it’s almost 2023 can’t use that line anymore you are simple printing a label and counting pills I could do that! We will be changing pharmacy’s!!!

The deli is absolutely awful. I've given them so many chances to get better, but they just don't. I place my order online for deli meat and it's never ready on time. The guy behind the counter ignored me for quite a while before finally helping me. And the whole time, my order was already sliced and just sitting on the table behind him, bagged and everything. I can't figure out why no one took it over to the spot for me to pick it up. I literally watched one worker look at it, and then tell the guy goodbye and leave, also ignoring me completely. They weren't super busy and it was way past time for my order to be ready. They're always rude and incompetent and I'm over it.

Not sure what has happened to this Publix, but they used to be really great. Now the customer service is crappy. I have made several attempts to order subs online well ahead of time for me to pick it up, go in 30 minutes later than the promised time it would be ready and it still won’t be ready. The last time this happened, one of the deli employees actually said to me “Oh, I saw your order come through and I was getting ready to make it, but I set the paper down and complete

I have only one Rx to be picked up monthly. When I phone in to refill on the voice mail only and arrive to pick up often they tell me they have not heard back from the Dr. So I always call rhe Dr's office and leave the refill request on there voice mail. My Dr's office is very attentive, and efficient! Several times, I've been told it's not here as they're looking only at their screen. When I say the Dr's office called it in, some will look behind them in the bend and there it is. This pharmacy is well staffed, I wish you wouldn't be so quick to get rid of everybody and realize it is your job to follow through in an Efficient manner and fill the script. Please make an effort to look in the bends and check the voice mail with out having to be asked. Laziness is a problem in this pharmacy and very bad attitude. I've had a few pleasant people but many Rude, like the one on the phone this morning telling me no we have not heard back from your Dr's office, she snapped, so crabby. You have no customer service skills, although not required in most places. It always amazes me to see people in public who do have the pleasant manner and social skills to be working with the public.I called my Dr's office to be told they left it on their voice mail yesterday. I don't appreciate making extra trips and not having what I need. The pharmacist last night seemed so delighted to tell me no, we don't have it while it was on the voice mail. You just wouldn't look. Saying there is no telling when there gonna call it in. We'll they did their job, wish you would do yours. Your not just there for your paycheck. Also, have you people heard of Hippa? You seem very opinionated and remember, gossiping about someone's medication is a number one Hippa violation, for which you could and should be fired. It's just a sleeping pill, so big Whoop! It's not a narcotic. I feel you really need to stay in your lane! I agree with above comments from Jennifer, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Should have changed years ago, it's convenient and cheap but soo Unprofessional.
