I talked to a man down in Griffin at Rapiod Auto Sales and told him my history and needs. I am disabled and retired married man who needed a car that I could get for Under $500 down and under $200 a month, and I told him I needed something that runs good and looks didn't matter as long as it is mechanically sound he said he has something there that he could sell me that fits my needs, so I told him I don't want to play games if he can't get me in a car to take home I don't want to waste my time taking a LYFT ride that I had to depend on for the past two weeks. I told him we have doctors and shopping for food and need something that will be good for us. I took a LYFT there and took it for a drive and the radio was dead, the back latch would not open, the transmission skips out of high gear and makes a noise, and he told me it is not much of a problem what did I expect for a AS-IS car. I didn't expect to get a junk yard car for $7000. I only had one code of P0706 which was a transaxle range switch that I thought would be cheap to repair, but after I signed the paperwork and transferred my insurance which doubled my monthly payment for all the high cost of the car, he hands me another paper to sign for owing $300 more on the down payment bringing the down to $800 a month and said what is this for? he said he wanted $800 down not $500 after I told him that was all I can afford. Then I seen the payments were $275 a month when I also told him I needed the payments under $200 a month. Now this car has more problems that I didn't have a clue about with a banging in the back and also when the transmission skips the front Passenger side bangs and jumps with a sound like it has a broken crossmember or strut or motor mount broken. The front tires have burned edges that looks like they were doing drifting with the car. I checked the VIN number and that showed that it had 10 owners and an accident in Florida that he also did not tell me about and was flip flopped between dealers in several States and was sitting off road in some car lot for two years. There is something very suspicious going on. And now he demands that I come up with another $300 by December 26th when I only get $635 a month on the third of every month which I cant possibly get by that time and he demands CASH ONLY to come there with the payments which I don't want to do. I don't deal with cash deals under the table. This is such a scam from a car dealer that I would not have done if he didn't switch the details after I had signed the papers. I won't do any business with that man and want someone who is the owner to get in touch with me about this before I go to the Authorities for fraud, bait and switch scams and taking advantage of elderly people. I will only send any payments to the main Office by MO or other means and until this is straightened out I will only wait for the owner to contact me. The $300 that he claims I owe was not in the contract and is a side charge off the contract which I think he is skimming the books from the company. I have an appointment with a body shop to see if this car was patched up from an accident or something, it just isn't right to take advantage of people.

Kyle was my sales man and he was amaizing I first got a Toyota seqoia not even a month of having it the sway bar broke which could have caused a bad wreck my husband called and kyle immediately called me apologizing and made it right and put me in another vehicle I highly recommend them they are amazing and good people
