11:37am on 2/27/25 stopped by to drop off a FedEx package. This is now a Walgreens. Would not accept my package because they didnāt have a place to put my 19X13x13 package. Absolutely zero effort in trying to accommodate and help me. Just told me to search for another place to drop it off. This is apparently the new customer service way. Crazy

I went to Walgreens looking for Nervive. I couldn't find it anywhere on the shelf. I asked the pharmacist if they have it. He didn't know and asked if I had looked on the shelf. I had looked and wouldn't have to ask him if I had found it. He called "customer needs assistance on isle 8." I stood there for 10 minutes and nobody came. I left and went to CVS across the street and a lady helped me as soon as I walked in. Thank you CVS for helping me so promptly.I will only go to Walgreens if I'm dying or need cards.

I get my meds for diabetes here and they keep me updated on my meds when to get refills and I got my first covid shot here due to them informing me

Came in just after opening and the restroom was disgusting, right after opening. Then they don't accept good RX gold just the generic one. Immediately met with disdain when replying I don't have insurance. I'm self insured I don't need insurance. Anyway go to another store and you'll have better luck and maybe not have to use a nasty restroom with half the lights out.

I've been coming to this store because it's easier to get in and out of, coming from home, than the one on on the bypass. Generally well-satisfied though I don't think conducting COVID tests at the drive-up is considerate of other customers.
