My husband made an appointment a month before to have them pick up a full set of hardwood dinning room furniture that we were going to donate, however, they canceled the appointment on the day of and would not return any of our calls. My point is: even if you decided that you didn’t want the furnitures anymore, at least let us know. Don’t be disrespectful and rude.

Seriously disappointed at 1st. But Serita went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with my hard head and I couldn't be happier. I'd made a mistake that I genuinely thought was their mistake. My bad! I apologize to the staff and am very thankful to learn that there are actually still people out there who care. I haven't dealt with many decent people over the last few years so this experience actually restored a little of my faith in humanity. Thanks S.A.!

I am a loyal customer to this place, and I can tell many others are too. I come in about once a week, mainly on Wednesdays with my mom when there's a senior discount-- clothes are BOGO. There is a new color of the week starting every Monday, and everything that color is 99 cents. So if you get a senior discount on the color of the week you can get two items of clothing for $1. You can't beat that! There's also a new thing where you can buy a reusable bag (for $2 I think) and when you buy clothes with it, you get an additional 20% off. The selection for everything is great, with possibly the exception of jewelry. I wear a lot of vintage-y clothes, so this is the perfect place. They are constantly getting new stuff in. It's also the cleanest and most organized Salvation Army I've been to. And most all of the ladies who work in there are very sweet. I will say that there is a regular in there who makes me really uncomfortable, and I wish someone would say something to him.... every time I see him in there he is yelling his racist views. Makes me sad, but since they are such a great Christian business I suppose they can't turn anyone away. Also-- please shop/donate here instead of that horrible company Goodwill! I've actually seen this store help the people who come in.
