I have to wait 55 min. every time I need tech support. I don't work for them but still wait to make sure their brain knows what their buts need to do! Should get free anytime they exceed 45 min. wait time. If you don't want to pay more people to do job, don't make me suffer because of your negligence.

Terrible customer service. Told 5 different times they would call me within 24 hours to move my service and they never called. Finally called to cancel and they charged me for a whole extra month and will not refund it. Thankful for Starlink hopefully everyone decides to go with Starlink.

Moved to Newnan in December of 2023, my only option was getting spectrum. They have been by far the worst company in terms of internet that I have ever experienced. They have had to come 3 times since I have moved here and today another issue and it’s more expensive than xfinity which I had for years. Xfinity, was LIGHT YEARS BETTER.

My husband just went in to get a password off phone. It Belonged to a person that had passed away but was on his account. He told the lady what he wanted. She replied very hateful there is nothing I can do for you. Service was through Spectrum and phone bought through them. Went to best buy they had it opened in 10 min. I

We have an issue with the cable or internet at least once a week if not more. Unfortunately they are the only company that serves Senoia.

The WORST customer service attitude I have experienced in a long time. Completely unhelpful. Went to order a new phone- the guy acted like he was doing me some huge favor. Then claimed he could not complete my order because I had moved and needed to change my address. I asked to go ahead and change my address and he literally said he could not do it which was completely false (I learned when I called to change the address).

I would like to share my appreciation for the customer service at Spectrum; NEWNAN location (Wertz Industrial).April is a kind and caring employee who took her time assisting me with a complicated number swap. April got on the phone with Spectrum when another employee suggested to just let me go home, call Spectrum and have them help me. However, April opted to really resolve my issue, instead of rushing me out of the store as inferred by the young man. After her display of patience on the phone with the other representative, April was able to efficiently and effectively come to a solution. The other female employee, also offered her help and shared positive energy. Their informative, inviting environment encouraged me to also purchase an Apple Watch!At one point in our visit, my daughter became upset with tears since her backup files did not seem to carry over. April was filled with sympathy and told my daughter, “don’t worry, we’ll get it,” while patting her on the back. Then April spent another 10-15 minutes troubleshooting, retrieving information and resolving the matter.This experience stood out to me because in such a world riddled with rushing, anxiety and instant gratification, April took her time. She cared for my daughter and I as if we were friends. Personally, I feel like April should be given a position in which can ensure the store is managed with care on a consistent basis. Thanks so much April, we are happy customers and will definitely come back!!

Had the displeasure of working with an employee named Scott who just flat-out refused to help us with anything. He was literally getting angry about what was displayed on the MySpectrum app that I had pulled up in my hand as he misread his monitor, but refused to admit it. A very bizarre encounter unlike any I have ever had with a company before. All I could do was laugh. I immediately went home and called Spectrum to cancel all of our services.
