I had such a great experience with everyone there. Easy to get started with a storage there and welcoming people. Even the after hours help was amazing...just a leave a voicemail and they are pretty prompt at getting back in touch with you. I didn't want to leave them..but never seemed to find anyone to help me move the things into it so I had the storage for months with only a Christmas tree in it so I decided to cancel it. But I know where to go when I'm ready for another one.

I've had a unit here for 3.5 years now, and have nothing but good things to say about this location. Theresa is the sweetest, most friendliest person ever, even when I'm way late on my payments. They never harass you like some companies will do, and are always polite, regardless of how past due my account is. The price of my unit has only gone up once in the 3.5 years that I've been with them, and that was laid out upfront to me when I signed the contract. After dealing with one nitemare after another with a different company where my bf has a unit (starts with F and rhymes with smederal fen) it makes me appreciate just how awesome Storage Xxtra really is! My unit has never had any bugs, rat droppings, break ins, etc like we have experienced with the other company!

I swear, every single employee in this place is amazing. I set up my account with Chasity and she felt like an old friend. It was a 10/10 experience and she made it so easy (not just task wise, we talked the whole time and it was fun haha. I just had an issue with my card declining due to an issue with my bank and spoke with Stacy and her customer service was top notch. We love this company and are soooo glad we chose them for our storage needs. It actually seems like they CARE. The buildings themselves are also really well kept and clean. We pay for a temp controlled unit and it was the most affordable in the area, but honestly, happened to be the nicest too.
