I do not recommend this company. I used the Hiram/Powder Springs location to move a dining room set from one home to my home. I used them the beginning of Jan. 2017. I would have done it myself, but I needed an "expert" to move the china cabinet; it was too large for me to move. Before the move, office staff I spoke with and email reminders were fine. Day of the move, the driver called to see if he can start the move earlier, I said I needed to stick with the time I had scheduled. He replied " well I guess we all just have to do nothing"...with an attitude. I wish I had cancelled the move then. I had just bought this set from an on-line yard sale; all excellent condition, not one thing wrong with it. Haven't ever used it. When they brought the truck up my little incline driveway, we heard a very loud crash. It was the top of the china cabinet crashing to the back of the truck into the chairs. The helper said "The strap broke". OMG!I I will make this short: the top section was destroyed! A furniture repair shop looked at it and said it couldn't be fixed. This is after Strong Arms took it back with them promising me they would fix it. Also, chairs were scratched and dented, and the bottom of the china cabinet had damage. I was never able to speak to the owner of Strong Arms about this. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told I couldn't and then was hung up on. I did receive a small compensation for it (300.00), but I paid more than double that, and I was never able to use it. And they insisted I pay for the move!!! Or they were going to "take it back". It was a horrible, horrible, experience!

I had a reservation for weeks and confirmed via email and over the phone on Thursday prior to my upcoming move on Tuesday. The move was scheduled for 9 am. The movers had not arrived by 10 so I began to call. At 11, the voicemail was full so I went to the location and the lady said they shut down the week before. However, she knew my name and time of my appointment. She and another guy were in company clothes and trucks were cranked outside. No excuse for this unprofessionalism.

This was by far the worst experience! I was scheduled for a Sunday move between 9-10. 11:30 rolls around and I call but received no answer. I sent an email and received a response almost immediately stating that the crew had an “emergency” while en route to my appointment and couldn’t secure another crew. No one reached out or initiated contact to notify me of the change. I was forced to reschedule for Wednesday. Wednesday comes and 11:30 rolls around again with no updates. I call but received no answer. I sent an email and received a response stating that someone confused me with another customer and rescheduled my move for Thursday. Keep in mind, i sent a confirmation email Tuesday afternoon to verify my next day appointment which they responded and confirmed that they would be there. This was the second time that there was absolutely no communication and even now, no one reached out, called, or apologized on behalf of two mistakes which could have potentially left me stranded on the street had I not made other arrangements to move my belongings myself!! This was the most unprofessional/inconsiderate experience I’ve ever had. The disregard and lack of communication AND accountability was extremely disheartening. I would not recommend!

I used this company before and even though I wasn't completely overjoyed, I wasn't extremely disappointed either so I decided to give them another shot. Worst decision I could have done. When we scheduled our appt with Chloe we were told that we were locked in for Sat between 9-10am. We asked if we needed to call back for confirmation and she stated, "no, but if you decide to cancel, you must call us no later than 2 days prior or we will charge your card on file. "The day of, I called around 9am to get an ETA because we were going back and forth to the other house and we wanted to be in place when they arrived. I was informed by the owner that they canceled the scheduled appointment because they weren't able to reach us by phone to confirm. I explained to her what was told to us and all she said was Chloe was new and she made a mistake. I asked her to repeat back the phone number and realized that she also had the number listed incorrectly. They had my email address but made no attempts to contact me via email to confirm the appt. The owner then stated that she could get me in at 6pm. At this point we didn't have a choice because it was the Saturday before Easter and everyone was booked up.6pm turned into 8pm which turned into 10pm and ended up being 10:30am the next day. This by far was the single most horrendous move EVER. When the guys finally showed up, they only had 2 men and we requested 4. This dramatically increased the time that it took to move and the guys were worn out.Saturday evening when they kept pushing back the time of arrival, we decided to rent a truck to move all the boxes and help cut down on time but that didn't matter considering we only got half the manpower promised, which doubled the amount of time it took to complete the move. The movers were exhausted and it showed because they had to take several breaks. This caused my other contractors to have to maneuver around them.At the end, when it was time to pay, the owner showed very little remorse or consideration for all the trouble we had been through. We were given a 5% return customer discount, which felt like a slap in the face because she could have compensated for the delays and lack of personnel. I lost money having to reschedule my carpet and house cleaning services and renting U-hauls twice to make up where their services were lacking. This type of unprofessional behavior and lack of communication and compassion is unacceptable. I hope everyone who reads this takes this as a warning and decides to choose another company that takes pride in their service and reputation as well as takes responsibility when they have wronged their customer.

They did a decent job and moved quickly but didn’t want to put furniture together that they didn’t take apart. This is after I confirmed with Angelica that they could. The driver said he didn’t have his tools. How do you come to a job unprepared? I won’t be using them again.

I had an easy move scheduled. They were supposed to arrive on a Saturday by 2 pm or sooner. The office called the day before to confirm. 2 cameand went. I called several times and emailed, no response. I had no other options. They did not give me the phone number of the movers when they confirmed everything. I had to go out and rent a uhaul to do the move myself. As I pulled in with the uhaul, they call me and tell me they are on the way, this was now 4 pm. I returned the truck, but still had to pay for it. Called the office several times and asked to speak to the manager. No response. Poor customer service and communication. Find someone else.

Kev and Tre did a amazing job moving all 5 of our fish tanks! One being a 155gl tank, and a few other large ones. Not one scratch or crack on anything! 10/10 would recommend them.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this whole thing was HORRIBLE and this company deserves ZERO stars! Today (7/9/20) I had a scheduled move for the time-frame of 3-4 pm. It’s been hard enough trying to get anything done during this pandemic so I was relieved to find someone willing and with decent pricing. I received a call from a woman in the office around 8 am this morning confirming the scheduled appointment and time frame. Around 2:30 pm she called me again saying that the guys were held up with the previous move and would be closer to 4 pm or possibly a little after. Clearly there is not very good communication because five minutes later one of the movers (Trey I believe) called me saying everything the lady had just told me and verified that they would call me as soon as they are on the way to me. Even though this is one of few off days I have before I have to be out of the apartment, I was very patient and understanding. So I wait and wait and wait. at around 9pm yes NINE O CLOCK at night (5 hours after my scheduled window) he called me again finally saying that they ran over with the previous client. Not even a real genuine apology. He says they can still come tonight or they can reschedule. Now as he is saying this his whole tone is leaning toward me rescheduling. I tell him to go ahead and come tonight and he sounded very disappointed that I chose that instead of rescheduling. He then tells me that they are coming from another town over and it would take 45 minutes to get to me. Well I’ve been waiting since 3 pm so what’s another 45 minutes. An hour and a HALF LATER (So about 10:30 pm) he calls saying that they are an hour away. So I don’t understand how you went from being 45 minutes away to an hour away especially when 90 minutes have passed. So he then tells me I should reschedule, THEN as he is trying to explain why (clearly LYING btw) I hear someone in the background tell him to say they are stuck in traffic. I’ve never experienced this level of I unprofessionalism with ANY company before. I only had 4 “big” items to move and that was all I needed them for because I can’t get those things on my own. Quick/easy money and I would definitely have been over paying them for the work that they actually had to do. I guess because they don’t require a deposit they may feel that they aren’t entitled to keep their word, but that’s not a good way to run a business. I see you have many stories like these and unfortunately I didn’t discover that until too late. The fact that I see the same generic response from the company in all of those reviews shows even more that this company is definitely not in business of customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible .... honestly I would run in the opposite direction. The actual mover were great once they arrived but the company as a whole is trash. So I used them 2 times may 9 ( which they never ever showed and said it was their tire and then water pump or something on the truck) but since they didn’t show I had to move on Mother’s Day. The movers came and busted out everything rather quickly. Today we moved stuff out of storage and we were suppose to be from 2-3, then 3-4, then 5pm and then they show up at 7 pm. The company doesn’t answer the phone but needless to say I would never ever use this low budget moving company ... I rather pay more out of pocket. I wish I could give no stars
