I know people have to make a living which is why i debated on making this post but the public needs to be aware. This is not a salon I would recommend for anyone. Not only did I wait for 15 minutes to have tips put on because the guy was too busy watching a show, it took another 25 minutes after having the clear tips put rushly on but for another woman to finally take over and do my nails. She was not concerned with how wonky my nails looked (uneven). She was just rushing to do my nails before the next client walked out on the wait time. The service was not worth the wait & to top it all off I have not even had these nails for 5 days and 4 nails have broken, 1 broke on the next day.. I was really contemplating going back to get them fixed but personally I would rather give someone the opportunity to take their time with my nails and give me the customer service I deserve and pay for. That is all. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible, I had heard good reviews from some coworkers but that is certainly not the experience I received. I’ll include the photos of what I requested and what I was forced to receive. I asked for the 35$ lavender pedi and 35$ collagen mani. The gentleman doing my pedi was methodical in his prep and gentle, however, he told me the color I asked for wouldn’t look good on me and told me to choose another, we did a lavender shade which I was okay with for the most part but the design I asked for was something he couldn’t do even though he told me before I sat down that it wouldn’t be an issue, all I wanted was a half daisy design at the base of my big toe nail. He asked to do his flowers instead I said, okay?? And I ended up with a kiddish three year old design that looks like snowflakes complete with random white drops ? to the side and silver sparkles on top. And that wasn’t even the worst of it. For my Manny… I asked for a honeysuckle yellow with two little daisy flowers on my ring finger… He didn’t do a white bass even though he said he needed it, so he did 17 coats on my nails to try and make the color show up properly… It was streaky and bubbled and looked absolutely terrible. I pointed this out midway through the process, and he refused to do anything about it. I kept showing him the photo over and over again to show him his reference which he was not following, he tried to leave me without the design and then I pointed out , that problem… He then did an absolutely terrible attempt at the design and I got him to corrected a few times and it was still atrocious. I told the gentleman doing my feet that I wanted it completely erased and redone, so we did that, and I just had him match the lavender tone that we had done on my toes and did not let him do a design, However, throughout this entire process cut me with the drill he cut my cuticles multiple times with the clippers. He was very aggressive. He forced doing my nails while I was getting my pedicure so I couldn’t relax. He hurt my shoulder, my arm repeatedly and then when it was time to check out, he told me $55 which was OK because it should have been 70 and I thought they gave me a discount for the problem and then after I left with the receipt it showed him charging me $95… I want all of it is not what I asked for in anyway shape or form I want a refund. Do NOT go here. I left crying, I never do my nails or my hair. I never really treat myself so this was a very rare occasion… And it was absolutely terrible. Also I never got the massages I paid for as part of the service and the man doing my nails so aggressively was flirting the entire time, it was entirely innapropriate and unwelcome. Joseph.
Requested style: I requested basic gel with no tips, honeysuckle yellow with two daisy details on my third finger and for my toes I requested a baby blue with a half Daisy design at the base of my big toenail.

I went in with my daughter for gel manicures. The guy looked up like he didn’t want to put his phone down to help us. He pulled out the drill & got angry when I said I didn’t want him to use the drill. He waved his hand at me & said “I won’t help you.” The lady who was servicing a couple’s pedicure by herself interjected to say it would just be for the top of my nails & offered to help me instead. He was just too rude to spend my well earned money there.

I came to this nail salon before hoping it got better since I had already wrote 2 reviews before. The nail salon had cockroaches running around and no one was getting rid of them. The lady who did my nails got sns powder everywhere on my skin and made it worse. I don’t recommend this salon at all.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst service that I've ever received in a nail salon. There were only 2 technicians working which I understand, however my service was rushed beyond belief. There was nothing relaxing about my pedicure especially since the tech was yanking and pushing my feet around.I do not recommend this business AT ALL!

Wouldn’t go to this nail salon. Gel manicure was rushed along and had polish all over my cuticles when complete. Gel didn’t have top coat in certain places and had small pieces of something in the gel that the tech noticed but chose not to take care of. When asked to fix at the end of the appt she filled down some of the bumps and said all better.

I have never complained about the service here. They are friendly, funny and care about their customers. The interior is very nice and looks luxurious inside, the price they offer for each type is very reasonable. Highly recommend for everyone to know
